Madero, Tamaulipas.- El corredor urbano es un \u00e1rea que no se ha logrado explotar a pesar de existir suficiente espacio para la instalaci\u00f3n de inversiones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El director de desarrollo econ\u00f3mico en el municipio, Marco Antonio Cort\u00e9s Salazar, dijo que esta v\u00eda, la cual es importante en el municipio,\u00a0 solo ha sido explotada en un 10 por ciento, pues ah\u00ed se pueden colocar hoteles, restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Detall\u00f3 que existe una plaza comercial que se construy\u00f3,\u00a0 pero que nunca se utiliz\u00f3 por alguna raz\u00f3n, pero se buscar\u00e1 sea utilizada y sacarle provecho.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Reconoci\u00f3 que hace falta servicios, lo cual se solucionar\u00eda al momento de comenzar a aterrizar inversiones, por lo que asegur\u00f3, la zona se puede convertir en un punto importante en el aspecto comercial y tur\u00edstico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que en esa parte del municipio tiene varias colonias, por lo que ser\u00eda un gran desarrollo el que se puede tener en esta zona de la ciudad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cd.
