{"id":47606,"date":"2023-12-19T22:22:22","date_gmt":"2023-12-20T04:22:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=47606"},"modified":"2023-12-19T22:22:22","modified_gmt":"2023-12-20T04:22:22","slug":"aumenta-200-tramite-de-permisos-para-eventos-en-departamento-de-alcoholes-porteno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2023\/12\/19\/aumenta-200-tramite-de-permisos-para-eventos-en-departamento-de-alcoholes-porteno\/","title":{"rendered":"AUMENTA 200% TR\u00c1MITE DE PERMISOS PARA EVENTOS EN DEPARTAMENTO DE ALCOHOLES PORTE\u00d1O"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*Los Ingresos A Las Arcas Municipales Han Sido Importantes Por Este Rubro<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Debido a la alta actividad de convivios por la temporada decembrina y eventos de car\u00e1cter privado, la direcci\u00f3n de alcoholes del municipio porte\u00f1o increment\u00f3 un 200% su actividad en el tr\u00e1mite de permisos para el consumo de bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Humberto Barrios Bolado, encargado de esa \u00e1rea municipal, indic\u00f3 que diciembre siempre es un mes importante en el tema de ingresos municipales, pues mucha gente decide celebrar sus festividades familiares o organizar las tradicionales posadas en salones para eventos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Detall\u00f3 que est\u00e1 clase de negocios tienen la obligaci\u00f3n de tramitar un permiso de manera conjunta con la persona interesada, en el caso de que exista consumo de alcohol.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que la oficina est\u00e1 dando toda clase de facilidades a los negocios y giros que tienen el consumo de bebidas embriagantes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Detall\u00f3 que a la fecha y solo en diciembre se han tramitado casi 300 permisos, lo que advierte del compromiso y la responsabilidad que hay por parte de los due\u00f1os de esos establecimientos .<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Remarc\u00f3 que el esp\u00edritu de la oficina es ponderar el di\u00e1logo con los propietarios de \u00e9stos giros dedicados a brindar un sitio establecido a la poblaci\u00f3n para realizar festividades de todo tipo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dej\u00f3 en claro que la ley de alcoholes es muy clara en su Art\u00edculo 9 donde advierte que todo aquel particular y due\u00f1o de esos giros se hacen acreedores a una sanci\u00f3n de 171 mil pesos en caso de que sea detectado un evento sin el debido permiso<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Abund\u00f3 que el tr\u00e1mite es sencillo y tiene un costo por evento de mil 37 pesos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Muchos establecimientos y giros de \u00e9ste tipo se han apegado a la ley, y el fin de esta dependencia no es perjudicar a nadie, y exhortar a qu\u00e9 cumplan con la ley&#8221;, resalt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Los Ingresos A Las Arcas Municipales Han Sido Importantes Por Este Rubro &nbsp;
