{"id":47459,"date":"2023-12-14T08:44:02","date_gmt":"2023-12-14T14:44:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=47459"},"modified":"2023-12-14T08:44:02","modified_gmt":"2023-12-14T14:44:02","slug":"resalta-erasmo-gonzalez-aprobacion-del-ejercicio-fiscal-2021-y-el-cumplimiento-de-programas-del-gobierno-federal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2023\/12\/14\/resalta-erasmo-gonzalez-aprobacion-del-ejercicio-fiscal-2021-y-el-cumplimiento-de-programas-del-gobierno-federal\/","title":{"rendered":"RESALTA ERASMO GONZ\u00c1LEZ APROBACI\u00d3N DEL EJERCICIO FISCAL 2021 Y EL CUMPLIMIENTO DE PROGRAMAS DEL GOBIERNO FEDERAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*Reconoce A La Auditor\u00eda Superior De La Federaci\u00f3n La Pr\u00e1ctica De Auditor\u00edas Que Cumplen Con La Transparencia Y Rendici\u00f3n De Cuentas<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>CIUDAD DE M\u00c9XICO.- El Diputado Federal Erasmo Gonz\u00e1lez Robledo Presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Presupuesto y Cuenta P\u00fablica de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados, compareci\u00f3 ante el pleno con la presentaci\u00f3n del dictamen del presupuesto del ejercicio fiscal 2021, mismo que fue aprobado con 243 votos a favor, donde resalt\u00f3 el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos en los programas y metas realizadas por el Gobierno Federal; adem\u00e1s de reconocer el trabajo responsable de la Auditor\u00eda Superior de la Federaci\u00f3n, al practicar las auditor\u00edas que evidencia su dedicaci\u00f3n a la transparencia y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En su intervenci\u00f3n, hizo \u00e9nfasis que la Cuenta P\u00fablica es un pilar fundamental en el equilibrio de los poderes y la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, su prop\u00f3sito radica en evaluar los resultados de la gesti\u00f3n financiera que consolida un sistema de administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica eficiente y responsable, en este sentido indic\u00f3, que el dictamen presenta de manera esencial y fundamentada una valoraci\u00f3n que permite a esta legislatura evaluar y constatar lo realizado por el Gobierno Federal y dem\u00e1s instancias ejecutoras de la Hacienda P\u00fablica Federal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hizo referencia, que para el an\u00e1lisis del ejercicio fiscal 2021, se practicaron 2 mil 50 auditor\u00edas, las cuales fueron presentadas por la Auditor\u00eda Superior de la Federaci\u00f3n, dando cumplimento con el 100 por ciento de las consideradas en el programa de fiscalizaci\u00f3n superior. La realizaci\u00f3n de un mayor n\u00famero de auditor\u00edas al gasto federalizado refleja el compromiso, para asegurar que los recursos p\u00fablicos se utilicen de manera adecuada eficiente y acorde con los principios de legalidad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Erasmo Gonz\u00e1lez, expuso al pleno en la C\u00e1mara de Diputados que el dictamen concluye con 10 resolutivos; la Auditor\u00eda Superior de la Federaci\u00f3n determin\u00f3 recuperaciones por 64 mil 835 millones de pesos de los cuales 2 mil 994 millones, recursos que ya fueron recibidos por la Tesorer\u00eda de la Federaci\u00f3n; asimismo 61 mil 840 millones se consideran recuperaciones probables o por aclarar, no obstante debe considerarse que esas posibles recuperaciones, 52 mil 211 millones de pesos corresponden a las entidades federativas, municipios y entes que ejercen gasto federalizado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cabe se\u00f1alar, expres\u00f3 el Diputado Federal que la aprobaci\u00f3n de este dictamen no interrumpe el curso de las acciones iniciadas por la Auditor\u00eda Superior de la Federaci\u00f3n, de modo que quienes sean presuntamente responsables, sean sancionados conforme a la normatividad vigente y presenten las aclaraciones correspondientes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n en su comparecencia, indic\u00f3 que el dictamen retoma las sugerencias de modificaciones a disposiciones\u00a0 legales que considere pertinente la Auditor\u00eda Superior de la Federaci\u00f3n, con base en los\u00a0 hallazgos y observaciones de su labor de fiscalizaci\u00f3n a fin de a fin de mejorar la gesti\u00f3n financiera y el desempe\u00f1o que llevan a cabo las entidades fiscalizadas y as\u00ed, reducir riesgos de irregularidades y opacidad en la gesti\u00f3n financiera del sector gubernamental;
