La secretaria del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social del gobierno de Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya en el Conalep plantel Victoria, hizo un recuento de los logros en materia del trabajo durante 2023, y el impulso en el proceso de vinculaci\u00f3n al mercado laboral con las instituciones educativas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Olga Sosa agradeci\u00f3 la invitaci\u00f3n del director general de Conalep en el estado, Fernando Arizpe Pedraza, a quien reconoci\u00f3 sus esfuerzos para reducir el d\u00e9ficit de operadores de quinta rueda y que viene a ser una respuesta a la demanda de los transportistas que requieren operadores para el traslado de mercanc\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;En nuestra Secretar\u00eda, estamos trabajando en unidad con la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n y con el Conalep, pues participan en nuestras ferias del empleo, que este a\u00f1o hemos realizado 15 y adem\u00e1s el contacto permanente con nuestra bolsa de trabajo y, desde luego, la vinculaci\u00f3n con todos los programas de atenci\u00f3n a las juventudes que realiza el INJUVE Tamaulipas, hacen que podamos juntos, generar nuevas oportunidades para j\u00f3venes, que son creativos y productivos&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ante alumnas y alumnos de esta instituci\u00f3n educativa, la secretaria del Trabajo, explic\u00f3 que desde la llegada del presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, el mundo laboral en M\u00e9xico se ha ido transformando positivamente, y que para muestra, el salario m\u00ednimo en 2018 estaba en 88 pesos diarios y en 2024 ser\u00e1 de 248.9 pesos, lo que es un incremento que ha transformado la vida de millones de mexicanos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Las y los j\u00f3venes conocieron tambi\u00e9n el trabajo realizado por el INJUVE Tamaulipas, como son las Mesas Legislativas y Misi\u00f3n Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La secretaria del Trabajo Olga Sosa Ru\u00edz, se refiri\u00f3 adem\u00e1s al Modelo Dual y refrend\u00f3 el apoyo de la dependencia que dirige, para que los alumnos y alumnas del Conalep puedan incursionar en el mercado laboral con herramientas eficaces que se sumen a sus conocimientos acad\u00e9micos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En este evento se hizo el encendido del pino de navidad, y asistieron Juana de la Fuente P\u00e9rez, presidenta del Comit\u00e9 de Vinculaci\u00f3n;
