{"id":47068,"date":"2023-12-01T21:37:18","date_gmt":"2023-12-02T03:37:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=47068"},"modified":"2023-12-01T21:37:18","modified_gmt":"2023-12-02T03:37:18","slug":"en-capacitacion-a-trabajadores-olga-sosa-anuncia-incremento-del-20-al-salario-minimo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2023\/12\/01\/en-capacitacion-a-trabajadores-olga-sosa-anuncia-incremento-del-20-al-salario-minimo\/","title":{"rendered":"EN CAPACITACI\u00d3N A TRABAJADORES, OLGA SOSA ANUNCIA INCREMENTO DEL 20% AL SALARIO M\u00cdNIMO"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*Invitada Por El SIAMARM, La Secretaria Del Trabajo Habl\u00f3 Sobre Los Avances De La Reforma Laboral En Tamaulipas<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Reynosa, Tamaulipas.- Ante seis mil trabajadoras y trabajadores del Sindicato Industrial Aut\u00f3nomo de Operarios en General de Maquiladoras de la Rep\u00fablica Mexicana, que invitaron a la secretaria del Trabajo del Gobierno de Tamaulipas, a dar la conferencia \u201cLa Transformaci\u00f3n Laboral en Tamaulipas y la NOM 025\u201d, se hizo el anuncio del incremento del 20% al salario m\u00ednimo que acordaron trabajadores, empresarios y gobierno, para entrar en vigor el 1 de enero del 2024.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En la conferencia, se expusieron los temas de nuevo modelo de justicia laboral, el incremento de las vacaciones dignas al pasar de 6 a 12 d\u00edas al a\u00f1o cumplido, incremento de reparto de utilidades del 91% con respecto al 2020, as\u00ed como, el impulso al empleo en sus diversas modalidades.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Las trabajadoras y los trabajadores confirmaron la consolidaci\u00f3n del nuevo modelo de democracia sindical en la que se legitiman contratos a trav\u00e9s del voto libre, secreto y directo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En el evento, la bienvenida corri\u00f3 a cargo del secretario general, Alberto Lara, en el que Olga Sosa mencion\u00f3 a todos los presentes el gusto de darles informaci\u00f3n sobre lo que se ha realizado en materia laboral y que beneficia a la clase trabajadora y a empleadores, porque en Tamaulipas la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo est\u00e1 para cuidar los derechos laborales de las y los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Alberto Lara, l\u00edder del SIAMARM, hizo un reconocimiento al trabajo realizado por la secretaria del Trabajo Olga Sosa Ru\u00edz, quien mantiene con hechos una armon\u00eda sindical que transita por la ruta del di\u00e1logo y el entendimiento en favor de las y los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En el evento participaron la presidenta del Sistema DIF en R\u00edo Bravo, Malena Rodela de Villegas;
