{"id":46972,"date":"2023-11-29T20:11:49","date_gmt":"2023-11-30T02:11:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=46972"},"modified":"2023-11-29T20:11:49","modified_gmt":"2023-11-30T02:11:49","slug":"pide-upf-a-legisladores-tamaulipecos-atajar-bullying-con-sanciones-ejemplares","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2023\/11\/29\/pide-upf-a-legisladores-tamaulipecos-atajar-bullying-con-sanciones-ejemplares\/","title":{"rendered":"PIDE UPF A LEGISLADORES TAMAULIPECOS ATAJAR BULLYING CON SANCIONES EJEMPLARES"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*Necesario Tipificar Como Delito Grave<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para evitar que el bullying escolar siga cobrando malas pasadas en los alumnos de las instituciones educativas de Tamaulipas, es necesario que los diputados locales ya tipifiquen \u00e9ste tipo de acciones mal intencionadas como delito grave, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el representante de la UPF de la regi\u00f3n, David Hern\u00e1ndez Mu\u00f1iz.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La Uni\u00f3n de Padres de Familia, en esta localidad, advierte que en el pa\u00eds se han escenificado una diversidad de casos en los planteles educativos, donde alumnos con mala intenci\u00f3n o &#8220;jugando&#8221; caen en el tan sobado &#8220;bulling escolar&#8221;, en algunas ocasiones siendo da\u00f1ino en la integridad de los educandos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Destac\u00f3 que la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n del Gobierno del Estado debe apoyar esta clase de iniciativas que solo buscan evitar que los menores y adolescentes &#8220;le piensen m\u00e1s&#8221; al momento de querer bulleear a otro compa\u00f1ero, y m\u00e1s a\u00fan cuando hay de por medio golpes o da\u00f1os de car\u00e1cter f\u00edsico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Destac\u00f3 que en esta clase de iniciativas se debe dejar asentado sanciones administrativas, incluso c\u00e1rcel, hac\u00eda aquellos alumnos que se atrevan a da\u00f1ar la integridad de otro educando.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hern\u00e1ndez, enfatiz\u00f3 que en el caso de los menores de edad, los padres de familia juegan un papel fundamental para evitar que sus hijos caigan en esta clase de anomal\u00edas da\u00f1inas en un plantel educativo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de los adolescentes y mayores de edad se deber\u00e1n fijar, en dicha propuesta legislativa, sanciones econ\u00f3micas y c\u00e1rcel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;M\u00e1s a\u00fan cuando el bullying lleva impl\u00edcito da\u00f1ar a un alumno en su integridad&#8221;, recalc\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El representante de la UPF en esta zona explic\u00f3 que la SET debe implementar talleres o platicas en las escuelas sobre como reaccionar ante el da\u00f1o con materiales peligrosos, como \u00e1cido y dem\u00e1s, pues est\u00e1 clase de acciones mal intencionadas han ocurrido en escuelas del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Necesario Tipificar Como Delito Grave &nbsp;
