Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas.- En el Poder Judicial del Estado de Tamaulipas, la secretaria del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social del gobierno de Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya, particip\u00f3 en la inauguraci\u00f3n del Congreso de Derecho Laboral, donde se\u00f1al\u00f3 que desde la entrada en operaci\u00f3n del nuevo modelo de justicia laboral, se trabaja de manera \u00e1gil, transparente y en la b\u00fasqueda de la prosperidad compartida.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

En el acto inaugural que reuni\u00f3 a Olga Sosa Ru\u00edz, secretaria del Trabajo del gobierno de Tamaulipas y a David Cerda Z\u00fa\u00f1iga, magistrado presidente del Poder Judicial del Estado de Tamaulipas, la secretaria recalc\u00f3 que \u201cla reforma del presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, del a\u00f1o 2019, hoy rinde frutos en todo el mundo laboral de Tamaulipas, gracias al impulso coordinado, de todos los involucrados, para su implementaci\u00f3n”.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Dentro de las atribuciones de la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo, se encuentra la operaci\u00f3n de los Centros de Conciliaci\u00f3n Laboral, y precis\u00f3 que los indicadores nacionales de los procesos desarrollados en una de las seis sedes en el estado, reportan que 8 de cada 10 conflictos laborales se resuelven por la v\u00eda de la conciliaci\u00f3n, en un promedio de 18 d\u00edas, de un plazo de hasta 45 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Adicional a la entrada en operaci\u00f3n de los Centros de Conciliaci\u00f3n, en otros indicadores del \u00e1mbito laboral son la recuperaci\u00f3n del salario m\u00ednimo, el reconocimiento de prestaciones, el cumplimiento de derechos, y otros cambios sustanciales en la transformaci\u00f3n del mundo del trabajo como es la democracia sindical, la participaci\u00f3n directa en los procesos de legitimaci\u00f3n de contratos y el abatimiento del rezago.<\/p>\n

A este evento, organizado por el Poder Judicial del Estado de Tamaulipas asistieron el subsecretario de Trabajo y Conciliaci\u00f3n Mario Mireles Salas, Nancy Cant\u00fa Res\u00e9ndez y Mar\u00eda de los \u00c1ngeles Borbolla Barr\u00f3n, los consejeros X\u00f3chitl Selene Silva Guajardo, Carlos Runheb P\u00e9rez C\u00e9spedes, Jos\u00e9 \u00c1ngel Walle Garc\u00eda y Ana Ver\u00f3nica Reyes D\u00edaz, los magistrados y magistradas Alejandro Alberto Salinas Mart\u00ednez, Javier Castro Ormaechea, Jorge Alejandro Durham Infante, Hern\u00e1n de la Garza Tamez, Mauricio Guerra Mart\u00ednez, No\u00e9 S\u00e1enz Sol\u00eds, Javier Valdez Perales y Mar\u00eda del Rosario Garza Hinojosa, as\u00ed como jueces, presidentes de Juntas, abogados y comunidad estudiantil, entre otros.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
