{"id":46460,"date":"2023-11-15T08:51:12","date_gmt":"2023-11-15T14:51:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=46460"},"modified":"2023-11-15T08:51:12","modified_gmt":"2023-11-15T14:51:12","slug":"detienen-a-alcaldesa-en-chihuahua","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2023\/11\/15\/detienen-a-alcaldesa-en-chihuahua\/","title":{"rendered":"DETIENEN A ALCALDESA EN CHIHUAHUA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*El Total\u00a0 Asciende A Casi Los Tres Millones De Pesos<\/span> <\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La alcaldesa de Nuevo Casas Grandes Cynthia Marina \u201cC\u201d fue detenida por la Fiscal\u00eda Anticorrupci\u00f3n y recluida desde el domingo en el Cereso Estatal de Aquiles Serd\u00e1n, en el esado de Chiuahua.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La ex edil, entre octubre y noviembre de 2021, seg\u00fan el resultado de las investigaciones hechas por la auditoria superorior de aquel estado, enajeno bienes inmuebles p\u00fablicos del municipio presuntamente en contubernio con otros servidores p\u00fablicos por poco mas de 2 millones 198 mil 252 pesos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Como consecuencia de lo anterior, se abri\u00f3 la causa penal 3980\/2023 la alcaldesa suscribi\u00f3 bajo contrato de compra y venta un t\u00edtulo de propiedad que ampara un \u00e1rea de 342.34 metros cuadrados dentro del fundo legal, propiedad de Nuevo Casas Grandes, sin antes llevar a cabo el procedimiento de desincorporaci\u00f3n del bien inmueble del r\u00e9gimen de dominio p\u00fablico municipal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los partidos que la postularon en 2021 de la coalici\u00f3n \u201cJuntos Haremos Historia\u201d (PT-Morena-Nueva Alianza) cuya premisa fundamental es no mentir, no robar, no traicionar aun no se han pronunciado al respecto.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*El Total\u00a0 Asciende A Casi Los Tres Millones De Pesos &nbsp;
