Los fondos discrecionales aprobados hace unos d\u00edas por mayor\u00eda, en el Presupuesto de Egresos de la Federaci\u00f3n para el 2024, nadie sabe a d\u00f3nde habr\u00e1n de parar o para qu\u00e9 fines ser\u00e1n utilizados, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la diputada federal del PRI, Monserrat Arcos Vel\u00e1zquez.<\/p>\n

Indic\u00f3 que muchos legisladores de su instituto pol\u00edtico piensan que ese dinero habr\u00e1 de ir a parar a las campa\u00f1as pol\u00edticas de Morena del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, mientras que la mayor\u00eda en la c\u00e1mara baja decidi\u00f3 no aprobar recursos extraordinarios para el rescate de Guerrero y sus dos municipios m\u00e1s devastados por Otis.<\/p>\n

Precis\u00f3 que todos sus hom\u00f3logos de Morena, PVEM y PT “los obligaron” a votar en contra de la asignaci\u00f3n de recursos para el rescate de esa entidad, que hoy tiene una amenaza sanitaria real, adem\u00e1s de problemas en la generaci\u00f3n de los servicios b\u00e1sicos para su poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Arcos, dej\u00f3 en claro que ninguna entidad est\u00e1 excenta de que sea impactada por un fen\u00f3meno hidrometeorol\u00f3gico, m\u00e1s a\u00fan las ubicadas cerca del Golfo de M\u00e9xico y Oc\u00e9ano Pacifico.<\/p>\n

“Debieron perderle el amor a los recursos que a\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o han vertido a Pemex y al proyecto del Tren Maya, y autorizar dinero para Guerrero, pero mejor prefieron avalar un fondo discrecional para de ah\u00ed tomar dinero para qui\u00e9n sabe qu\u00e9”, recalc\u00f3<\/p>\n

La legisladora federal del PRI, por Ciudad Madero, dijo que muy seguramente ese dinero habr\u00e1 de ser utilizado en las campa\u00f1as pol\u00edticas del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n

“Nadie conoce las reglas de operaci\u00f3n para usar esos recursos el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o.
