De un cat\u00e1logo de 180 inmuebles viejos e hist\u00f3ricos que existen en el primer, segundo y tercer cuadro de Tampico, y en algunas colonias, 20 de ellos son altamente riesgosos y que requieren una pronta intervenci\u00f3n, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Carlos de la Rosa Dur\u00e1n.<\/p>\n

El Secretario de Desarrollo Urbano del municipio porte\u00f1o, explic\u00f3 que el tema preocupa ya que los vientos y las lluvias siguen debilitando a esos inmuebles, pues la mayor\u00eda necesitan de una remodelaci\u00f3n o restauraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Manifest\u00f3 que la finalidad del gobierno porte\u00f1o es que la mayor\u00eda recuperen la imagen que antes ten\u00edan, pues en otros casos los due\u00f1os o terceras personas hicieron mejoras pero sin el concepto original.<\/p>\n

Explic\u00f3 que se busca recuperar el patrimonio edificado de la ciudad mediante remodelaciones factibles y con la venia de sus due\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

De la Rosa, dej\u00f3 en claro que se les est\u00e1 ofreciendo a los propietarios apoyo para intervenir sus inmuebles, y la devoluci\u00f3n de ese dinero ser\u00e1 mediante el cobro del impuesto predial o catastro.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Destac\u00f3 que los colegios de ingenieros y arquitectos de la regi\u00f3n han contribuido en mucho para ir rescatando, paulatinamente, esos inmuebles que est\u00e1n dentro del padr\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
