{"id":45794,"date":"2023-10-17T22:30:03","date_gmt":"2023-10-18T04:30:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=45794"},"modified":"2023-10-17T22:30:03","modified_gmt":"2023-10-18T04:30:03","slug":"necesario-que-regrese-el-ficehtam-con-interaccion-de-tres-ordenes-de-gobierno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2023\/10\/17\/necesario-que-regrese-el-ficehtam-con-interaccion-de-tres-ordenes-de-gobierno\/","title":{"rendered":"NECESARIO QUE REGRESE EL FICEHTAM CON INTERACCI\u00d3N DE TRES \u00d3RDENES DE GOBIERNO"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*Muchos Inmuebles Necesitan De Una Restauraci\u00f3n A Fondo Para Evitar Que Sigan Siendo Puntos Riesgosos Para La Poblaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El comercio organizado de Tampico volver\u00e1 a poner sobre la mesa de los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno la reactivaci\u00f3n del Fideicomiso del Centro Hist\u00f3rico de Tampico(Ficehtam) ente que dio buenos resultados, y rehabilit\u00f3 un n\u00famero importante de edificios viejos catalogados como hist\u00f3ricos, que hoy siguen representando un serio peligro para la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Carlos Mu\u00f1oz Gonz\u00e1lez, Presidente de Canaco Tampico, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que pese a que en algunos sitios del segundo y tercer cuadro de la ciudad la infraestructura no es la adecuada, la zona centro sigue siendo muy atractiva para el empresario y comerciante.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que constantemente la iniciativa privada busca locales para establecer negocios, y ante ello, dijo, es importante involucrar a los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno en la reactivaci\u00f3n del Ficehtam, Fideicomiso que di\u00f3 buenos resultados en gobiernos locales anteriores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Expuso que la Canaco no ha soltado el proyecto, y constantemente sostienen platicas con el gobierno del estado para que el ente retorne a Tampico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Apunt\u00f3 la necesidad de seguir incentivando a los due\u00f1os de los inmuebles da\u00f1ados por el paso del tiempo, y sobre todo hacer conciencia de que s\u00ed no son rehabilitados seguir\u00e1n representando un serio peligro para la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El representante del comercio organizado en esta ciudad record\u00f3 que el Ficehtam debe estar conformado por los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno,\u00a0 y dependencias como CFE, Comapa, empresas gaseras, y todo aquella empresa que tiene relaci\u00f3n directa o indirectamente con la llamada zona cero.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ya hemos estado solicitando al gobierno del estado, y que los tres niveles de gobierno e iniciativa privada, retomen el fideicomiso, que ya es necesario para poder rehabilitar m\u00e1s edificios viejos e hist\u00f3ricos&#8221;, recalc\u00f3<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Muchos Inmuebles Necesitan De Una Restauraci\u00f3n A Fondo Para Evitar Que Sigan Siendo Puntos Riesgosos Para La Poblaci\u00f3n &nbsp;
