{"id":45791,"date":"2023-10-17T22:26:38","date_gmt":"2023-10-18T04:26:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=45791"},"modified":"2023-10-17T22:26:38","modified_gmt":"2023-10-18T04:26:38","slug":"mayoria-en-el-congreso-de-la-union-y-lopez-obrador-estan-enojados-con-el-poder-judicial-trabajadores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2023\/10\/17\/mayoria-en-el-congreso-de-la-union-y-lopez-obrador-estan-enojados-con-el-poder-judicial-trabajadores\/","title":{"rendered":"MAYOR\u00cdA EN EL CONGRESO DE LA UNI\u00d3N Y L\u00d3PEZ OBRADOR EST\u00c1N ENOJADOS CON EL PODER JUDICIAL: TRABAJADORES"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*El Poder Judicial No Ha Hecho Caso A Las Malas Decisiones De Los Dos Poderes Y Por Eso Atentan Contra La Cancelaci\u00f3n De Los Fideicomiso<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los Poderes Ejecutivo y Legislativo(mayor\u00eda en la c\u00e1mara baja) est\u00e1n enojados porqu\u00e9 el Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n no les ha dado la raz\u00f3n en las malas decisiones que est\u00e1n tomando, ahora al querer eliminar fideicomisos y prestaciones no solo a ministros y jueces, sino a toda la burocracia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo expresaron la ma\u00f1ana de este martes los trabajadores de los juzgados 9 y 10 del tribunal federal durante una protesta pacifica realizada a las afueras de sus oficinas, incluso cerrando por momentos la Avenida Hidalgo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En franco rechazo a las decisiones que est\u00e1 tomando el jefe del ejecutivo y la mayor\u00eda del Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n al pretender quitarle presupuesto al Poder Judicial, un promedio de 160 trabajadores sindicalizados de la zona sur se unieron a la serie de protestas que se llevan a cabo de manera simult\u00e1nea en varios lugares del pa\u00eds, y en la CDMX.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gladiola Lizeth Enriquez Cedillo, empleada del tercer tribunal colegiado, se\u00f1al\u00f3 categ\u00f3ricamente que los dos poderes(Ejecutivo y Legislativo) &#8220;est\u00e1n enojados y molestos porque nosotros(Poder Judicial)no les hemos dado la raz\u00f3n en sus malas decisiones. Hoy vemos que es un ataque directo a las instituciones, porque les estamos revisando los actos de autoridad, lo que ellos ejercen, y eso les molesta&#8221; se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con una serie de pancartas donde exigieron respeto a la autonom\u00eda de poderes, Enriquez record\u00f3 que la poblaci\u00f3n ha requerido en este sexenio federal al Poder Judicial para lograr amparos, luego de que en un momento,en la pasada pandemia, las autoridades sanitarias no quer\u00edan brindar las vacunas contra el Covid, a los ni\u00f1os con c\u00e1ncer y para hacer valer los derechos a la salud.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Y hubo la necesidad de que la poblaci\u00f3n buscara un amparo, al ser negados los derechos que tiene un individuo en los servicios de salud. Eso es lo que a los poderes del ejecutivo y gran parte del Legislativo no les gusta&#8221;, recalc\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, Rocio Coronado Jim\u00e9nez, secretaria general en equidad de g\u00e9nero, del comit\u00e9 ejecutivo nacional, extern\u00f3 que como todo trabajador al servicio de los poderes y de la federaci\u00f3n,\u00a0 se tienen derechos &#8220;m\u00e1s no privilegios&#8221; como lo quieren manejar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Son derechos laborales ganados desde hace mucho tiempo, trabajamos m\u00e1s de 8 horas y hoy nos los quieren quitar&#8221;, extern\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los trabajadores de los juzgados noveno y d\u00e9cimo Federal salieron a la Avenida Hidalgo en se\u00f1al de apoyo a las protestas que hoy se realizan de manera simult\u00e1nea en varias entidades del pa\u00eds, en rechazo a que los diputados federales de Morena, PT y PVEM;
