{"id":45276,"date":"2023-09-09T10:34:28","date_gmt":"2023-09-09T16:34:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=45276"},"modified":"2023-09-09T10:34:28","modified_gmt":"2023-09-09T16:34:28","slug":"piden-empresarios-mas-iluminacion-y-seguridad-en-miramar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2023\/09\/09\/piden-empresarios-mas-iluminacion-y-seguridad-en-miramar\/","title":{"rendered":"PIDEN EMPRESARIOS M\u00c1S ILUMINACI\u00d3N Y SEGURIDAD EN MIRAMAR"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*Adem\u00e1s Los Accesos Principales Requieren De Una Rehabilitaci\u00f3n Total Para La Mejora De La Imagen Del M\u00e1ximo Paseo<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pese a que playa Miramar ha ido logrando un importante avance y desarrollo, los empresarios hoteleros y prestadores de servicios consideran que el m\u00e1ximo paseo, hoy, requiere una mejora en sus accesos, m\u00e1s seguridad e Iluminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para el empresario Sergio Maldonado Pumarejo, las condiciones que hoy ofrece Playa Miramar son muy positivas sobre todo en ocupaci\u00f3n, luego de los estragos que provoc\u00f3 la pandemia a este sector productivo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Remarc\u00f3 que las autoridades han descuidado algunos aspectos b\u00e1sicos que pueden seguir embelleciendo a la playa, como la mejora en los accesos principales, aumentar la seguridad luego de que en los \u00faltimos d\u00edas se han suscitado algunos hechos que causan mala imagen ante el vacacionista.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Abund\u00f3 que la falta de adecuada iluminaci\u00f3n en puntos espec\u00edficos del m\u00e1ximo paseo, tambi\u00e9n son rubros que necesitan ser resueltos lo mas pronto posible.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;En tramos de la avenida Tamaulipas todav\u00eda hace falta resolver el tema de la iluminaci\u00f3n, y en general ir aportando a la mejora en la imagen urbana&#8221;, apunt\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Maldonado, puntualiz\u00f3 que en las pasadas vacaciones de verano se observ\u00f3 como una cantidad muy importante de ba\u00f1istas disfrutaron de la playa y todos los atractivos que ofrece.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;La gente lo disfruta mucho el m\u00e1ximo paseo, sin embargo todav\u00eda hay mucho qu\u00e9 hacer para lograr que la playa sea un punto de referencia muy marcado, con infraestructura de primer nivel y segura para quien acude&#8221;, resalt\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, coment\u00f3 que a medida de que los servicios esenciales crezcan, la inversi\u00f3n privada seguir\u00e1 llegando, y con ello el desarrollo y la generaci\u00f3n de mas fuentes de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Adem\u00e1s Los Accesos Principales Requieren De Una Rehabilitaci\u00f3n Total Para La Mejora De La Imagen Del M\u00e1ximo Paseo &nbsp;
