{"id":45084,"date":"2023-09-02T07:43:14","date_gmt":"2023-09-02T13:43:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=45084"},"modified":"2023-09-02T07:43:14","modified_gmt":"2023-09-02T13:43:14","slug":"vital-que-gobiernos-prioricen-obras-en-zona-sur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2023\/09\/02\/vital-que-gobiernos-prioricen-obras-en-zona-sur\/","title":{"rendered":"VITAL QUE GOBIERNOS PRIORICEN OBRAS EN ZONA SUR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\"><em>*El Adecuado Abasto Del Agua Potable Es Una Necesidad Que Requiere Una Soluci\u00f3n Pronta<\/em><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La prioridad en la realizaci\u00f3n de obras de infraestructura que atiendan las necesidades y solucionen problem\u00e1ticas de una regi\u00f3n, es un tema que debe valorar\u00a0 los dos principales \u00f3rdenes de gobierno de la 4t, como el caso de asegurar el abasto del agua, advirti\u00f3 el empresario de la zona sur, Felipe Pearl Zorrilla.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que la prioridad a las obras e inversiones es un rubro que algunos gobiernos prefieren dejar a un lado y ejercer el presupuesto en proyectos que pueden esperar para otro momento.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Destac\u00f3 que en la regi\u00f3n, en la entidad y el pa\u00eds, el tema del agua se ha vuelto complicado para los gobiernos, que no han sabido priorizar y atender con los recursos econ\u00f3micos necesarios.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pearl, record\u00f3 que el sexenio estatal anterior construy\u00f3 un paso deprimido o a desnivel en la zona norte de Tampico, cuando en ese entonces ya se requer\u00eda inversi\u00f3n para el rescate del estero el camalote, y resolver el problema de la fuga y retenci\u00f3n del vital l\u00edquido.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Abund\u00f3 que en la priorizaci\u00f3n de esos proyectos juega un papel fundamental el Instituto Metropolitano de Planeaci\u00f3n(Imeplan) que fue una propuesta de la iniciativa privada en su formaci\u00f3n, dependencia descentralizada del gobierno estatal que ya debe ponerse a trabajar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Hay que cuidar el agua, en estos momentos y desde los \u00faltimos tres a\u00f1os ya es una prioridad cuidarla y asegurar el sistema lagunario para que tenga m\u00e1s capacidad de recepci\u00f3n de agua&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El empresario de la regi\u00f3n subray\u00f3 que la iniciativa privada e industriales pagan a la CNA casi 400 millones de pesos por el uso del agua, sin embargo muy poco o nada se regresa a la zona metropolitana en obras hidr\u00e1ulicas, en este caso para completar el proyecto integral del rescate del sistema lagunario.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Hay avances en el proyecto, pero no es suficiente, sigue habiendo fuga del agua dulce. En la zona sur hay mucha agua, te\u00f3ricamente, pero los afluentes que abastecen a la regi\u00f3n hoy tienen poca captaci\u00f3n y capacidad, de ah\u00ed que el agua sea prioridad&#8221;, recalc\u00f3<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
