UPF IMPLEMENTAR\u00c1 AMPAROS COMUNITARIOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*Los Libros De Texto Han Comenzado A Repartirse En La Entidad Y El Amparo Local No Ha Podido Liberarse<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Luego de que el amparo federal que un juez otorg\u00f3 a la UNPF para evitar el reparto de libros de texto en el pa\u00eds no prosperara en algunas entidades, en Tamaulipas dicho amparo no surti\u00f3 efecto y por tal motivo la Uni\u00f3n de Padres de Familia de la zona sur ya organiza la distribuci\u00f3n digital masiva de la carta de derechos a padres de familia que no est\u00e9n de acuerdo con los textos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mediante un comunicado de prensa enviado a medios de comunicaci\u00f3n de la regi\u00f3n, el Presidente de la UPF, David Hern\u00e1ndez Mu\u00f1iz, lament\u00f3 que la ley no se haga respetar en la entidad y con ello se estimule al reparto &#8220;de libros ilegales, ya que no respetaron el amparo que se gan\u00f3 por un juez federal&#8221;, extern\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Reiter\u00f3 que via redes sociales la UPF est\u00e1 realizando la distribuci\u00f3n de la carta de derechos, donde los padres de familia expresen evitar el uso de los libros de texto que no han cumplido con los procesos que marca la ley para su dise\u00f1o y distribuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dijo que por medio de una asociaci\u00f3n de abogados cristianos, que apoya a la UPF, pone a disposici\u00f3n el documento digital, que tr\u00e1s su llenado, debe ser entregado en las direcciones de los planteles educativos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Para que a su vez formen un amparo comunitario que ayude a presionar a la SEP, al Poder Judicial as\u00ed como al Gobernador de Tamaulipas y de esta manera poder ejercer nuestro derecho como padres de familia&#8221;, dijo<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Remarc\u00f3 que en el formato que ya se reparte v\u00eda WhatsApp a los padres de familia inconformes con los nuevos textos, tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1n anexar documentos y pruebas fehacientes del reparto de los libros a los estudiantes, ya que un juez federal determin\u00f3 que no cumplen con el proceso que marca la ley.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hern\u00e1ndez, dej\u00f3 en claro que la SEP est\u00e1 incurriendo en una ilegalidad en la manera en qu\u00e9 fueron conformados los libros de texto as\u00ed como su reparto, pues eso es considerado como un desacato judicial que tendr\u00e1 repercusiones en funcionarios p\u00fablicos y hasta en maestros.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
