completa, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el secretario de finanzas, Antonino Alonso Sabatini.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que tras varios meses complicados por la variaci\u00f3n en la llegada de los recursos federales,\u00a0 el mes de Julio fue depositado completo lo que hace pensar que ya se normaliz\u00f3 lo presupuestado para este 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Remarc\u00f3 que el impacto financiero no fue tan negativo en las finanzas municipales debido a que le recaudaci\u00f3n por impuesto predial ha sido muy positivo en lo que va del a\u00f1o<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Precis\u00f3 que, incluso, el mes de Julio fue muy productivo en ese rengl\u00f3n, pues mucha poblaci\u00f3n decidi\u00f3 aprovechar los descuentos y facilidades que otorga el municipio para saldar dicha contribuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3 hasta el mes pasado el ingreso por predial es de 70 millones de pesos, con una meta de 90 millones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Nuestros ingresos propios crecieron un 17% m\u00e1s comparado con el a\u00f1o pasado&#8221;, recalc\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Alonso, enfatiz\u00f3 que en el 2018 el rezago en cuentas por pagar en este rubro era de 45 mil contribuyentes, pues a est\u00e1s alturas del gobierno panista la cantidad frisa los 25 mil, de un total de 103 mil cuentas que tiene registradas el gobierno que Brilla.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Son comercios, vivienda e inmuebles olvidados que tienen hasta 15 a\u00f1os de no pagar predial y que el rezago asciende a 100 millones de pesos&#8221;, Acot\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En el rubro de permisos para realizar obra, tambi\u00e9n existe un incremento del 15% comparado con el 2023, principalmente en remodelaciones, construcci\u00f3n de casa-habitaci\u00f3n, plazas comerciales y otros rubros m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Desde El Mes Pasado Los Ajustes A Las Participaciones Quedaron Atr\u00e1s, Luego De Siete Meses Continuos &nbsp;
