Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas.-La Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social del gobierno de Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya, a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Actualizaci\u00f3n Permanente, brind\u00f3 un taller psicosocial de la NOM 035, a\u00a0 integrantes del Instituto Registral y Catastral del estado, coadyuvando de esa manera en la mejora del clima laboral entre el personal, que de manera gratuita se hace desde la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo.<\/p>\n

Olga Patricia Sosa Ru\u00edz, titular de la dependencia estatal, agradeci\u00f3 la invitaci\u00f3n del director general, Armando de la Cruz Alcantar, destacando el inter\u00e9s que han tenido para mantener capacitado a su plantilla laboral, con el prop\u00f3sito de brindar una atenci\u00f3n con vocaci\u00f3n de servicio y de la mano con la<\/p>\n

pol\u00edtica humanista del gobernador Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya; para este evento se cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n del coach certificado Carlos Picasso, quien imparti\u00f3 el taller apegado a la normatividad psicosocial.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“En la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo cumplimos con el gobierno humanista y por eso hoy estamos brindando estos cursos, con el prop\u00f3sito de que ese taller sea positivo para la construcci\u00f3n permanente de bienestar en el \u00e1mbito laboral y en los distintos aspectos de sus vidas”, precis\u00f3 Olga Sosa Ru\u00edz.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Por su parte, el director del Instituto Registral y Catastral, Armando de la Cruz, dijo que la capacitaci\u00f3n y excelencia en el servicio, es una encomienda del gobernador Am\u00e9rico Villarreal\u00a0 Anaya ,as\u00ed como del secretario general de Gobierno H\u00e9ctor Joel Villegas Gonz\u00e1lez, por lo que agradeci\u00f3 el apoyo incondicional recibido por parte de la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo para llevar a cabo estas acciones.<\/p>\n

Este programa de capacitaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n cuenta con el respaldo del subsecretario de Empleo y<\/p>\n

Previsi\u00f3n Social Abelardo Flores Mendoza y se realizar\u00e1 en el resto de las ciudades de Tamaulipas como Reynosa, Matamoros, Nuevo Laredo, Tampico y Ciudad Mante, donde hay oficinas del Instituto Registral y Catastral para que el personal tenga acceso a mejores herramientas que les permitan desarrollar su trabajo y atenci\u00f3n al p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n
