{"id":44652,"date":"2023-08-15T08:17:17","date_gmt":"2023-08-15T14:17:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=44652"},"modified":"2023-08-15T08:17:17","modified_gmt":"2023-08-15T14:17:17","slug":"tamaulipas-avanza-a-paso-firme-para-abatir-el-rezago-en-juicios-laborales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2023\/08\/15\/tamaulipas-avanza-a-paso-firme-para-abatir-el-rezago-en-juicios-laborales\/","title":{"rendered":"TAMAULIPAS AVANZA A PASO FIRME PARA ABATIR EL REZAGO EN JUICIOS LABORALES"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*De Octubre De 2022 A Junio De 2023 Se Han Concluido M\u00e1s De Expedientes: Olga Sosa Ru\u00edz<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas.- Con la resoluci\u00f3n de 5 mil 673 expedientes, en lo que va de la actual administraci\u00f3n de\u00a0 Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya, se avanza de manera eficaz en el abatimiento del rezago en las Juntas de Conciliaci\u00f3n y Arbitraje Laboral, de acuerdo al porcentaje de juicios concluidos, respecto al total de los que se encuentran en tr\u00e1mite, inform\u00f3 la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social de Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La titular de la dependencia, Olga Patricia Sosa Ru\u00edz inform\u00f3 que en octubre de 2022, se recibi\u00f3 la dependencia con 26 mil 861 asuntos pendientes de resolver en las Juntas de Conciliaci\u00f3n y Arbitraje, por lo que la instrucci\u00f3n del mandatario estatal, fue agilizar el abatimiento del rezago para brindar a las y los tamaulipecos justicia laboral.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;De enero a junio del presente a\u00f1o, se han concluido 1 mil 575 juicios laborales, y la meta anual para finalizar el a\u00f1o ser\u00e1 de 3 mil expedientes en total&#8221;, inform\u00f3 la secretaria del Trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Olga Sosa Ru\u00edz, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que trabajan con estricto apego a la ley, para dar salida a la mayor cantidad de expedientes de juicios laborales que est\u00e1n pendientes en las Juntas Locales y destac\u00f3 el compromiso de su equipo de trabajo para seguir avanzando hasta concluir el total de asuntos en tr\u00e1mite.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*De Octubre De 2022 A Junio De 2023 Se Han Concluido M\u00e1s De Expedientes: Olga Sosa Ru\u00edz &nbsp;
