La necesidad de contar con un mejor marco jur\u00eddico que ayude a la prevenci\u00f3n y sanci\u00f3n ejemplar en el tema de violencia familiar, es lo que se requiere aterrizar desde el Congreso del Estado, esto luego de que los \u00edndices en este fen\u00f3meno social contin\u00faan a la alza en Tamaulipas y la zona sur.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Al respecto, el diputado local porte\u00f1o, Edmundo Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00f3n Manzur, indic\u00f3 la necesidad de bajar el n\u00famero de casos que se presentan por violencia intrafamiliar, y para ello trabaja coordinadamente con el municipio porte\u00f1o, con quien se abordan los antecedentes y causas de esta problem\u00e1tica, que se acentu\u00f3 m\u00e1s en los tiempos de pandemia y del llamado encierro social.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Precis\u00f3 que ese fen\u00f3meno social est\u00e1 afectando en demas\u00eda a muchos hogares de Tampico, y ante ello, dijo, es ya una prioridad “absoluta en la agenda legislativa dotar de un mejor marco jur\u00eddico que ayude a prevenir y lograr mejores sanciones que permitan inhibirilo”, remarc\u00f3<\/p>\n

Expres\u00f3 que seg\u00fan las estad\u00edsticas la violencia dom\u00e9stica afecta a millones de hogares en el mundo, y la regi\u00f3n sur no es la excepci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Y que requiere de acciones conjuntas y coordinadas para poder abordarla en nuestra regi\u00f3n , tenemos muy claro que es una tarea compleja y urgente para erradicarla, por ello desde el Congreso del Estado se est\u00e1 trabajando en ello desde un compromiso firme para dar resultados\u201ddijo.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

El legislador panista precis\u00f3 que el enfoque del combate a la violencia familiar debe ser desde la prevenci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n, hasta el fortalecimiento del acceso a la justicia y la sensibilidad de la sociedad en conjunto, y bajo esa tesitura, dijo, seguir trabajando primero en la disminuci\u00f3n de casos y posteriormente erradicarla de los hogares.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Resalt\u00f3 que Tampico es ejemplo de paz y tranquilidad al contar con una excelente percepci\u00f3n de seguridad p\u00fablica, sin embargo en el tema de violencia familiar resulta complejo empero se busca la manera de combatir el flagelo social con adecuadas pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n

“Es por ello que se impulsa un trabajo colaborativo el cual es fundamental y se viene haciendo con el municipio de Tampico , en la b\u00fasqueda de construir pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas para buscar las causas y or\u00edgenes de la violencia familiar y trabajar por el bienestar de todas las familias”, apunt\u00f3<\/p>\n
