{"id":44256,"date":"2023-07-25T18:25:46","date_gmt":"2023-07-26T00:25:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=44256"},"modified":"2023-07-25T18:25:46","modified_gmt":"2023-07-26T00:25:46","slug":"tendra-eleccion-del-2024-candidaturas-independientes-federales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2023\/07\/25\/tendra-eleccion-del-2024-candidaturas-independientes-federales\/","title":{"rendered":"TENDR\u00c1 ELECCI\u00d3N DEL 2024 CANDIDATURAS INDEPENDIENTES FEDERALES"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*Autoriza CG Del INE Que Haya Candidatos A La Presidencia De Mexico, Senadores Y Diputados Federales<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La elecci\u00f3n federal del 2024 contar\u00e1 con candidatos independientes a la Presidencia de Mexico, Diputaciones Federales y Senadur\u00edas, y ser\u00e1n aprobadas por el INE mediante la recolecci\u00f3n de firmas ciudadanas y otros requisitos, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la Presidenta del Consejo Distrital 8 Mar\u00eda de la Luz Espinoza Hern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que luego de que el Consejo General aprobara la pr\u00f3xima emisi\u00f3n de la convocatoria hacia la ciudadan\u00eda para la postulaci\u00f3n de dichas candidaturas, por el principio de mayor\u00eda relativa, las personas sin partido pol\u00edtico volver\u00e1n a tener la oportunidad de disputar esos cargos p\u00fablicos en la elecci\u00f3n constitucional.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Manifest\u00f3 que en dicho pleno, tambi\u00e9n, se aprobaron los lineamientos para la verificaci\u00f3n del cumplimiento del porcentaje de apoyo de la poblaci\u00f3n que est\u00e9n inscritas en la lista nominal para el registro formal de esas candidaturas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que ese Proceso Electoral Federal(PEF) para la selecci\u00f3n de candidaturas se compone de cuatro etapas, es decir la convocatoria, actos previos al registro de candidaturas independientes, obtenci\u00f3n de apoyos de la ciudadan\u00eda y el registro de las postulaciones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para dicha elecci\u00f3n federal se menciona la ampliaci\u00f3n al plazo para la presentaci\u00f3n de manifestaci\u00f3n de intenci\u00f3n para una candidatura independiente,39 d\u00edas para Presidencia, 53 para senadur\u00edas y 61 para diputaciones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo,quien aspire a una candidatura independiente deber\u00e1 tener en cuenta que la tabla con las cantidades equivalentes al porcentaje de apoyo de la ciudadan\u00eda necesaria para su obtenci\u00f3n se publicar\u00e1 a m\u00e1s tardar el 8 de septiembre, toda vez que dicho porcentaje se calcular\u00e1 con el corte de la lista nominal al 31 de agosto de 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dicho acuerdo generado en el seno del Consejo General del INE establece las siguientes fechas l\u00edmite para la recolecci\u00f3n del apoyo ciudadano a candidaturas independientes; 29 de Noviembre del presente a\u00f1o para Diputaciones Federales,21 de Diciembre del 2023 para Senadur\u00edas y 6 de enero de 2024 para la Presidencia de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Autoriza CG Del INE Que Haya Candidatos A La Presidencia De Mexico, Senadores Y Diputados Federales &nbsp;
