S\u00ed la sociedad radicada en los municipios de la frontera de Tamaulipas decide participar m\u00e1s activamente en la prevenci\u00f3n de la inseguridad, se podr\u00eda mejorar de manera sustancial, advirti\u00f3 Lu\u00eds Apperti Llovet.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

El empresario de la regi\u00f3n expuso que hace diez a\u00f1os el costo de la inseguridad en Tamaulipas era de 15 mil millones de pesos, pues en ese tiempo el sexenio estatal decidi\u00f3 invertir millonarios recursos para el combate a la inseguridad, que no prosperaron.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Manifest\u00f3 que en esas fechas, los tiempos violentos en la zona sur eran fat\u00eddicos, pues todos los d\u00edas se registraban muertes y secuestros.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Hasta que un d\u00eda la sociedad civil de la localidad dijo ya no m\u00e1s inseguridad, y comenz\u00f3 a participar mas efectivamente en la prevenci\u00f3n del delito con la mesa de seguridad y el observatorio ciudadano”.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

El ex presidente de la mesa ciudadana en materia de seguridad en la regi\u00f3n, explic\u00f3 que en municipios como Reynosa, Matamoros y Nuevo Laredo, hace falta que los empresarios tomen un papel m\u00e1s activo y coordinado con las fuerzas del orden.<\/p>\n

“Mientras la ciudadan\u00eda no participe all\u00e1 no habr\u00e1 mejora. Y qui\u00e9n diga que la inseguridad es por motivos pol\u00edticos es pura demagogia”, resalt\u00f3<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Apperti, dijo que la inseguridad inhibe el arribo de inversi\u00f3n privada y reiter\u00f3 que mientras en la frontera los hechos inseguros prevalezcan, en la zona sur no se puede pensar que el flagelo social no llegar\u00e1<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“No podemos cerrar los ojos ac\u00e1 y decir que nunca habr\u00e1 de pasar y darle la espalda, al ratito va a pasar, no podemos estar como en una isla. Hoy el costo de la inseguridad en la entidad es diez veces m\u00e1s qu\u00e9 el presupuesto de seguridad”, pues destinar m\u00e1s dinero al rubro no quiere decir que se habr\u00e1 de arreglar”, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n
