Para abonar a qu\u00e9 los operadores del transporte p\u00fablico mejoren en la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio en la zona sur, la delegaci\u00f3n regional de esa dependencia estatal, comenz\u00f3 con cursos de capacitaci\u00f3n en la mejora de la atenci\u00f3n a usuarios discapacitados, al turista, tercera edad y otros estratos de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Mario Iv\u00e1n Aguirre Mart\u00ednez, encargado de esa dependencia regional, extern\u00f3 que el fin primordial es que los concesionarios tengan personas que ayuden a que la prestaci\u00f3n del transporte p\u00fablico mejore, ya que existen algunos ch\u00f3feres que empa\u00f1an el servicio.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Indic\u00f3 que en esta primera fase de capacitaci\u00f3n se certificaron a 43 operadores en c\u00f3mo generar una buena actitud en el servicio, y sobre todo tener paciencia con el usuario de la tercera edad.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Manifest\u00f3 que al ser una zona tur\u00edstica se pretende que el servicio del transporte p\u00fablico tenga est\u00e1ndares mejores, pues b\u00e1sicamente en todo el a\u00f1o est\u00e1n arribando visitantes de muchas partes del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

“Y mucha de esa gente se traslada en transporte p\u00fablico, en taxis y otros servicios de aplicaciones, y es importante que se capaciten”, Acot\u00f3<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Aguirre, remarc\u00f3 que en ocasiones persiste la mala actitud de los operadores, ya sea por los tiempos de trayecto que manejan o simplemente porque necesitan mejorar su atenci\u00f3n con el usuario.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“S\u00ed a veces hay una actitud mala en la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio, y para ello buscamos ideas nuevas que ayuden a mejorar el trato con el usuario”, remarc\u00f3<\/p>\n
