{"id":43600,"date":"2023-06-21T10:12:05","date_gmt":"2023-06-21T16:12:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=43600"},"modified":"2023-06-21T10:12:05","modified_gmt":"2023-06-21T16:12:05","slug":"mas-de-1500-reclamaciones-ante-condusef-de-enero-abril-en-tamaulipas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2023\/06\/21\/mas-de-1500-reclamaciones-ante-condusef-de-enero-abril-en-tamaulipas\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00c1S DE 1500 RECLAMACIONES ANTE CONDUSEF DE ENERO-ABRIL EN TAMAULIPAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*Tampico Y Madero Los Qu\u00e9 M\u00e1s Denuncias Ponen Ante La Representaci\u00f3n Financiera Federal<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Poco m\u00e1s de 1 mil 500 reclamaciones de usuarios financieros atendi\u00f3 la Condusef en Tamaulipas en el periodo de enero-abril, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el encargado de la dependencia en la zona, Rogelio Mata Delgado, qui\u00e9n adem\u00e1s se\u00f1al\u00f3 que entre Tampico y Madero alcanzaron un 19.3% y 12.3%, respectivamente del total arriba se\u00f1alado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mencion\u00f3 que el concepto por el que m\u00e1s reclam\u00f3 el tarjetahabiente fue &#8220;el consumo no reconocido&#8221;, adem\u00e1s que del total de las reclamaciones concluidas en la entidad se logr\u00f3 recuperar 6.2 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con respecto al 2022 el porcentaje en reclamaciones aument\u00f3 un 28.4%, pues en ese a\u00f1o se contabilizaron 1, 181 reclamaciones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El encargado de la unidad de atenci\u00f3n al usuario(UAU) a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que a nivel nacional Tamaulipas contribuy\u00f3 con el 1.6% .<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mata, subray\u00f3 que usuarios de 30 de los 43 municipios interpusieron las reclamaciones recibidas por la dependencia conciliadora, pues adem\u00e1s Tampico fue de los que m\u00e1s porcentaje de resoluci\u00f3n obtuvo a sus quejas presentadas con 47.7% seguido de Altamira con un 45.8%<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, coment\u00f3 que otros rubros m\u00e1s reclamados por usuarios financieros fueron transferencia electr\u00f3nica no reconocida; amenazas, intimidaci\u00f3n u ofenzas al deudor, familiares, compa\u00f1eros de trabajo y cualquiera otra persona sin relaci\u00f3n con la deuda; causa que est\u00e1 relacionada con los despachos de cobranza y que todo en conjunto represent\u00f3 un 32.2% del total de las reclamaciones en la entidad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Tampico Y Madero Los Qu\u00e9 M\u00e1s Denuncias Ponen Ante La Representaci\u00f3n Financiera Federal &nbsp;
