El mal manejo de los productos del mar que se expenden en playa Miramar, en Ciudad Madero, podr\u00eda ocasionar da\u00f1o gastrointestinal a la poblaci\u00f3n y visitantes al sitio tur\u00edstico, principalmente el osti\u00f3n que se alimenta de filtraci\u00f3n y que es considerado “delicado” al momento de su manejo y preparaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Al respecto, el titular de la Coordinaci\u00f3n Regional contra Riesgos Sanitarios para Tampico y Madero, Nicol\u00e1s Berumen \u00c1valos, detall\u00f3 que el molusco y todo aquel producto del mar que no sea adecuadamente manejado, es un problema latente en el m\u00e1ximo paseo, ya que adem\u00e1s pululan una gran cantidad de vendedores de \u00e9stos productos que carecen de las medidas sanitarias importantes.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

El funcionario estatal alert\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n y visitantes al m\u00e1ximo paseo a evitar el consumo de productos de dudosa procedencia.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Y que pueden contraer un padecimiento gastrointestinal, por las altas temperaturas y el mal manejo de estos productos”, a\u00f1adi\u00f3<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Berumen, explic\u00f3 que, particularmente, en el m\u00e1ximo paseo muchas personas, de manera irregular, comercializan el osti\u00f3n “en cubeta con hielo, donde rompen la cadena fr\u00eda del molusco y con el intenso calor, es peligroso para los comensales”.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

El encargado de esa dependencia estatal exhort\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n en general a consumir el molusco y productos del mar en sitios establecidos y regulados por Coepris.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“En la playa hay un mal manejo, se pueden perjudicar su salud, y ante ello estamos analizando constantemente los productos con verificaciones constantes”, acot\u00f3<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Finalmente, coment\u00f3 que monitorean el flujo constante de la poblaci\u00f3n que llega de la huasteca, y que bien podr\u00edan portar alg\u00fan tipo de bacteria y depositarla en la zona sur.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
