La planeaci\u00f3n y funci\u00f3n para la realizaci\u00f3n de la elecci\u00f3n del 2024 se realiza con los lineamientos que rigen al INE, hasta antes de la aprobaci\u00f3n del Plan B que hoy est\u00e1 en la SCJN, por lo que a\u00fan no se han escenificado despidos de trabajadores en ninguno de los 8 distritos electorales que conforman Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

As\u00ed lo expres\u00f3, el titular del INE en la entidad, Sergio Iv\u00e1n Ru\u00edz Castellot, al advertir que hasta el momento no se contempla el despido de personal en las ocho juntas distritales, aunque s\u00ed, dijo, un ajuste en lo referente al s\u00e9ptimo distrito, luego de la reedistritaci\u00f3n que se llev\u00f3 a cabo, luego del an\u00e1lisis poblacional hecho por el INEGI.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Apunt\u00f3 que al estar suspendido por la Corte la ejecuci\u00f3n del plan B, todo parece indicar que al menos para la elecci\u00f3n del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o no habr\u00e1 variaciones en el rubro de despidos o bajas, sin embargo, dej\u00f3 en claro, que todo depende de la decisi\u00f3n de la Suprema Corte de Justicia en la ratificaci\u00f3n o suspensi\u00f3n final de la reforma electoral.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Se tendr\u00edan que hacer ajustes en caso de que el plan B surta efecto en la Corte, mientras tanto todo el personal sigue trabajando con normalidad”, dijo<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Remarc\u00f3 que toda la programaci\u00f3n del proceso electoral del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o se hace en base a las leyes electorales vigentes.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Record\u00f3 que cada junta electoral en la entidad tiene cinco vocal\u00edas como capacitaci\u00f3n, organizaci\u00f3n, registro, secretario y ejecutivo.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Una secretaria y un t\u00e9cnico por cada una, m\u00e1s el personal como unas 15 personas cu\u00e1ndo mucho, sin el personal de m\u00f3dulos”, dijo<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Dej\u00f3 en claro que en cada proceso electoral se contrata mas personal para ocupar sitios como capacitaci\u00f3n y supervisores electorales, y t\u00e9cnicos.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Apunt\u00f3 que la mayor\u00eda del personal del distrito 7 pasar\u00e1 a formar parte de Nuevo Le\u00f3n, concretamente en Salinas-Hidalgo, sin embargo habr\u00e1 algunos que soliciten su cambio o renuncien al no convenir a sus intereses personales.<\/p>\n
