PROVOCA FUENTES DE EMPLEO"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*Adem\u00e1s, Hay Inversiones De Este Tipo En Otras Partes Del Pa\u00eds Y Frontera De Tamaulipas<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Las edificaciones verticales es una opci\u00f3n viable y segura que desde hace m\u00e1s de diez a\u00f1os se lleva a cabo en Tampico y la zona sur, adem\u00e1s de que los empresarios de la localidad han decidido darle auge a esta opci\u00f3n de desarrollo habitacional y comercial.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo expres\u00f3 el representante del sindicato de alba\u00f1iles de la zona sur, Mart\u00edn Castillo Ju\u00e1rez, al se\u00f1alar que hay una visi\u00f3n importante de empresarios de la localidad por explotar esta clase de edificaciones que generan desarrollo y otra imagen a la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que el sector laboral est\u00e1 inmerso en esta clase de proyectos desde hace poco m\u00e1s de diez a\u00f1os, con la debida capacitaci\u00f3n que implica construir en las alturas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Manifest\u00f3 que actualmente el sindicato construye torres habitacionales en la playa de Altamira bajo todos los standares se calidad y seguridad, por estar cerca del mar y exposici\u00f3n a la salinidad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Castillo, remarc\u00f3 que las construcciones verticales en el rubro habitacional se llevan a cabo en sitios como Los Cabos(BCS) Canc\u00fan(Qro) y Reynosa, Tamaulipas, y son edificadas con mano de obra de la zona sur.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El representante del sindicato de alba\u00f1iles dej\u00f3 ver qu\u00e9 para el 2024 hay un proyecto de construir cuatro torres habitacionales m\u00e1s en el \u00e1rea metropolitana.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Est\u00e1n viendo los empresarios si ser\u00eda en la playa de Altamira, o en Tampico, pero la inversi\u00f3n privada est\u00e1 garantizada para el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o en el sector de la construcci\u00f3n&#8221;, acot\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Adem\u00e1s, Hay Inversiones De Este Tipo En Otras Partes Del Pa\u00eds Y Frontera De Tamaulipas &nbsp;
