Con salarios que van de 3 a 5 mil pesos semanales en obrero general, la zona sur es de las mejor pagadas en estos momentos con una cobertura de poco m\u00e1s de diez mil personas laborando en el rubro de la construcci\u00f3n y oficios indirectos, puntualiz\u00f3 Mart\u00edn Castillo Ju\u00e1rez, Secretario General del Sindicato de Alba\u00f1iles de la CTM.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Manifest\u00f3 que debido a la buena relaci\u00f3n que mantienen con constructores y empresarios de la zona, los salarios son muy buenos y competitivos lo que advierte de un n\u00famero aceptable de empleos for\u00e1neos, libres y sindicalizados.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Explic\u00f3 que la CTM maneja un 40% de obra privada: otro porcentaje parecido en obra p\u00fablica municipal y el resto de \u00edndole federal, c\u00f3mo el Hospital General del ISSSTE, que se construye en la parte norte de Tampico.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Explic\u00f3 que hablar del rubro de la construcci\u00f3n es incluir a quienes trabajan de manera indirecta, c\u00f3mo carpinteros, plomeros, electricistas,\u00a0 fierreros, camioneros y otros oficios m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Que suman poco m\u00e1s de 10 mil empleos en la regi\u00f3n, sueldos acordes a la realidad y bien pagados”, a\u00f1adi\u00f3<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Castillo, apunt\u00f3 que la CTM no est\u00e1 en contra de que gente for\u00e1nea llegue a la regi\u00f3n a trabajar, o m\u00e1s a\u00fan la denominada”libre”.<\/p>\n

“Nunca nos vamos a oponer que la gente libre o externa se contrate en la regi\u00f3n porqu\u00e9 tambi\u00e9n tienen derecho, yo represento a la gente sindicalizada y en las negociaciones hemos podido lograr mejores sueldos”, acot\u00f3.<\/p>\n
