{"id":42382,"date":"2023-05-03T10:34:41","date_gmt":"2023-05-03T16:34:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=42382"},"modified":"2023-05-03T10:35:15","modified_gmt":"2023-05-03T16:35:15","slug":"presenta-angel-covarrubias-iniciativa-para-realizar-ferias-del-empleo-focalizadas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2023\/05\/03\/presenta-angel-covarrubias-iniciativa-para-realizar-ferias-del-empleo-focalizadas\/","title":{"rendered":"PRESENTA ANGEL COVARRUBIAS INICIATIVA PARA REALIZAR FERIAS DEL EMPLEO FOCALIZADAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">* Dirigidas A Las Y Los Egresados De Carreras Relacionadas A La Innovaci\u00f3n, Ciencia Y Tecnolog\u00eda De Tamaulipas<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>TAMPICO, TAM.- El diputado local por Tampico Angel Covarrubias Villaverde, present\u00f3 una iniciativa para realizar ferias del empleo focalizadas, dirigidas a los j\u00f3venes egresados de carreras relacionadas a la innovaci\u00f3n, ciencia y tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La acci\u00f3n legislativa tiene por objeto exhortar a las titulares de la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y de la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n, ambas del Gobierno de Tamaulipas, a fin de que de manera coordinada y a la brevedad organicen e implementen ferias del empleo focalizadas a las y los egresados de carreras relacionadas a la innovaci\u00f3n, ciencia y tecnolog\u00eda de nuestro Estado.<\/p>\n<p>El legislador porte\u00f1o explic\u00f3 que las tendencias globales y\/o sociales son un factor determinante para la modificaci\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n de la oferta educativa de una sociedad; \u201ces decir, las instituciones educativas van adecuando sus especializaciones o carreras profesionales con base en las de necesidades que exige el mundo actual.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPara muestra podemos mencionar lo sucedido en la d\u00e9cada de los 90\u2019s y los a\u00f1os 2000, donde fuimos testigos de un aumento exponencial en la cantidad de especializaciones y, por consiguiente, de profesionistas en el \u00e1rea de la inform\u00e1tica y programaci\u00f3n, dado al \u201cboom\u201d que tuvo esta industria a nivel mundial\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que de la misma manera, en los a\u00f1os recientes hemos sido testigos de c\u00f3mo han ido cobrando importancia diferentes campos cient\u00edficos derivados de necesidades globales como por ejemplo, las energ\u00edas limpias, el desarrollo sostenible, el desarrollo de software, la biotecnolog\u00eda, la mecatr\u00f3nica, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, Angel Covarrubias destac\u00f3 que Tamaulipas no ha sido ajeno a este tipo de situaciones; diversas instituciones han modificado y adecuado su oferta educativa para brindar soluciones a la necesidad de profesionistas m\u00e1s especializados en temas actuales o de importancia para determinadas regiones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dijo que en Tamaulipas, la oferta educativa en materia tecnol\u00f3gica y de innovaci\u00f3n es muy amplia; en la actualidad, diariamente cientos de miles de j\u00f3venes se preparan en las aulas de una gran cantidad de institutos educativos en nuestro Estado, con la finalidad de llegar a ser profesionistas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Carreras como la ingenier\u00eda en telem\u00e1tica, en ciencias de la informaci\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n, ingenier\u00eda en sistemas computacionales y desarrollo de software, ingenier\u00eda industrial, ingenier\u00eda mecatr\u00f3nica, electr\u00f3nica, nanotecnolog\u00eda, inclusive, ingenier\u00edas biom\u00e9dicas y de biotecnolog\u00eda son algunas de las opciones que las y los j\u00f3venes tienen para estudiar al terminar el bachillerato, abund\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, el diputado tampique\u00f1o resalt\u00f3 que de nada o de muy poco sirve que en nuestro Estado exista una amplia oferta educativa en materia especializada, si cuando egresan, no hay un campo laboral d\u00f3nde puedan ejercer su profesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCada a\u00f1o egresan miles de j\u00f3venes de las muchas instituciones educativas p\u00fablicas y privadas en Tamaulipas y la cruel realidad es que no encontrar\u00e1n un trabajo ejerciendo la profesi\u00f3n que estudiaron o un trabajo especializado bien remunerado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSobre esa base, para el suscrito es de vital importancia propiciar la existencia de un v\u00ednculo entre las instituciones educativas de nivel superior y las empresas, instituciones y\/o organizaciones que requieren profesionistas en \u00e1reas de ingenier\u00eda, innovaci\u00f3n, ciencia y tecnolog\u00eda\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, Covarrubias Villaverde puntualiz\u00f3 que se considera necesario proponer a las titulares de la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y de la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n, ambas del Gobierno de Tamaulipas, que de manera coordinada y a la brevedad organicen e implementen ferias del empleo focalizadas a las y los egresados de carreras relacionadas con la innovaci\u00f3n, ciencia y tecnolog\u00eda de nuestro Estado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior, en virtud de que, si bien es cierto, actualmente se propician las denominadas \u201cferias del empleo\u201d tambi\u00e9n es cierto que los puestos especializados que se ofertan en dichos eventos son muy pocos o nulos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por lo que se estima conveniente instar a las autoridades se\u00f1aladas para que, de manera coordinada, organicen eventos donde se convoque tanto a empresas que requieran capital humano especializado, como a egresados de las diferentes instituciones educativas tecnol\u00f3gicas del Estado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, el legislador por Tampico sostuvo que sin duda alguna, este tipo de acciones permitir\u00e1n reducir la fuga de talentos, la reducci\u00f3n de la brecha de desempleo en \u00e1reas especializadas y relacionadas con la innovaci\u00f3n, la ciencia y la tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>* Dirigidas A Las Y Los Egresados De Carreras Relacionadas A La Innovaci\u00f3n, Ciencia Y Tecnolog\u00eda De Tamaulipas &nbsp;
