Madero, Tamaulipas.- El Instituto Nacional Electoral implementa un programa para atender en los domicilios, a ciudadanos enfermos que necesitan realizar alg\u00fan tr\u00e1mite ante el instituto.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jorge Luis Herrera del Angel, vocal del Registro Federal de Electores en la junta distrital 07, mencion\u00f3 que el objetivo es que aquellas personas que se encuentren postradas en cama sean atendidas, sin tener que moverlas a los m\u00f3dulos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que el personal del INE puede acudir tambi\u00e9n a cl\u00ednicas y hospitales, esto para dar cumplimiento a lo estipulado en el art\u00edculo 141 de la ley general de instituciones y procedimientos electorales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Destac\u00f3 que para ello se debe hacer una petici\u00f3n por escrito, dirigida a la vocal\u00eda del registro federal de electores, anexando certificado m\u00e9dico original expedido por alguna instituci\u00f3n del sector de salud p\u00fablica o privada.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De expuso que dicha solicitud la puede hacer un familiar o persona de confianza que funja como un enlace o representante legal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Resalt\u00f3 que se debe contar tambi\u00e9n con el acta de nacimiento, una identificaci\u00f3n con fotograf\u00eda y el comprobante de domicilio en original y que est\u00e9n vigentes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cd.
