Armando Mart\u00ednez Manr\u00edquez, acudi\u00f3 en compa\u00f1\u00eda de su esposa, la C.P. Rossy Luque de Mart\u00ednez al Teatro \u201cAmalia G. De Castillo Led\u00f3n\u201d, ubicado en Ciudad Victoria para acompa\u00f1ar al Gobernador Constitucional del Estado, Dr. Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya en la presentaci\u00f3n del Plan Estatal de Desarrollo 2023 \u2013 2028, documento construido a trav\u00e9s de las voces de todas y todos los tamaulipecos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Durante este acto, se destac\u00f3 que referida gu\u00eda para los programas estatales de gobierno y las m\u00faltiples acciones que se efectuar\u00e1n en lo subsecuente se contemplan tres ejes generales; Gobierno al Servicio del Pueblo; Pol\u00edtica Social para el Bienestar; as\u00ed como Progreso Econ\u00f3mico Inclusivo y Sostenible. De igual manera, se inform\u00f3 que se abarcan cuatro diferentes ejes transversales, siendo los mismos: Respeto Irrestricto a los Derechos Humanos; Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana; Desarrollo Sustentable; y Combate a la Corrupci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cabe destacar que, previamente y obedeciendo al art\u00edculo 23 de la Ley de Planeaci\u00f3n del Estado, el pasado 23 de marzo este importante documento fue entregado al Congreso local, a trav\u00e9s del Secretario General de Gobierno, Lic. H\u00e9ctor Villegas Gonz\u00e1lez, siendo publicado ese mismo d\u00eda en el Peri\u00f3dico Oficial.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNuestro documento rector, fue construido a partir de la convicci\u00f3n de que la democracia participativa es una condici\u00f3n necesaria para la transformaci\u00f3n de Tamaulipas. Planteamos que la ruta de nuestra transformaci\u00f3n, ser\u00eda desde su origen una construcci\u00f3n colectiva\u201d, expres\u00f3 el primer mandatario.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, indic\u00f3 que tomando en cuenta los diversos foros de consulta, el buz\u00f3n ciudadano y el portal web del Gobierno Estatal, fueron recibidas 17 mil 063 propuestas que alimentaron este Plan Estatal de Desarrollo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEstamos muy contentos de poder acompa\u00f1ar a nuestro Gobernador en este d\u00eda tan importante, Altamira est\u00e1 presente, vamos a seguir trabajando de la mano con este Plan Estatal de Desarrollo en el que tambi\u00e9n se encuentran las voces de los altamirenses, quienes participaron en las m\u00faltiples mesas y foros llevados a cabo hace algunos meses\u201d, asegur\u00f3 Mart\u00ednez Manr\u00edquez.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Altamira, Tamaulipas.-El presidente municipal de Altamira, Mtro.
