{"id":41847,"date":"2023-04-15T11:56:53","date_gmt":"2023-04-15T17:56:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=41847"},"modified":"2023-04-15T11:56:53","modified_gmt":"2023-04-15T17:56:53","slug":"necesario-que-exista-mejor-certidumbre-laboral-en-trabajadores-del-gobierno-estatal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2023\/04\/15\/necesario-que-exista-mejor-certidumbre-laboral-en-trabajadores-del-gobierno-estatal\/","title":{"rendered":"NECESARIO QUE EXISTA MEJOR CERTIDUMBRE LABORAL EN TRABAJADORES DEL GOBIERNO ESTATAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*El Act\u00faal Sexenio Ha Alargado El Periodo Para Lograr Un Beneficio En Prestaciones Como Vivienda Y Cr\u00e9ditos<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El gobierno del estado debe otorgar una mejor certidumbre hacia la burocracia en cuanto a prestaciones laborales, principalmente en los temas de vivienda y cr\u00e9dito, advirti\u00f3 el diputado local, \u00c1ngel Covarrubias Villaverde.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que a casi seis meses de haber iniciado el sexenio de la transformaci\u00f3n, hay incertidumbre de muchos bur\u00f3cratas en el sentido de que se han acotado las opciones para lograr mejores prestaciones laborales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Abund\u00f3 que el fondo de vivienda es un rubro esencial que debe tener el trabajador al servicio del gobierno estatal, pues de esta manera, dijo, se adquiere un mejor compromiso con su labor hacia el tamaulipeco.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Remarc\u00f3 que desafortunadamente beneficios como el contar con un cr\u00e9dito, lejos de acortar el tiempo para su obtenci\u00f3n, se ha dispuesto otorgarlo hasta que el bur\u00f3crata tenga ocho a\u00f1os cumplidos laborando.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Es importante que esta prestaci\u00f3n regrese al tiempo que se ten\u00eda, que era de un a\u00f1o, y no alejarlo m\u00e1s de los trabajadores, pues con esa decisi\u00f3n se deja en claro que no hay certidumbre para el trabajador al servicio del estado&#8221;, explic\u00f3 el legislador porte\u00f1o del PAN.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Covarrubias, puntualiz\u00f3 que otro ejemplo son los efectivos de la guardia estatal, qui\u00e9nes hasta el d\u00eda de hoy carecen de un fondo de vivienda, lo que deja abierto para que ese servidor p\u00fablico pueda cometer posibles actos deshonestos con tal de lograr una mejor calidad de vida para su familia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Creo que m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de pensar o ver colores, es necesario que se otorgue mejor certidumbre laboral a la burocracia, pero sobre todo a la que reci\u00e9n ingreso, pues no contar\u00e1n con derechos al menos en sus primeros a\u00f1os, y eso es preocupante&#8221;, remarc\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*El Act\u00faal Sexenio Ha Alargado El Periodo Para Lograr Un Beneficio En Prestaciones Como Vivienda Y Cr\u00e9ditos &nbsp;
