{"id":41791,"date":"2023-04-13T15:26:34","date_gmt":"2023-04-13T21:26:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=41791"},"modified":"2023-04-13T15:26:34","modified_gmt":"2023-04-13T21:26:34","slug":"avanza-la-lucha-por-la-igualdad-sustantiva-en-mexico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2023\/04\/13\/avanza-la-lucha-por-la-igualdad-sustantiva-en-mexico\/","title":{"rendered":"Avanza la Lucha por la Igualdad Sustantiva en M\u00e9xico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0*<em>con la aprobaci\u00f3n de dictamen en la Ley de Presupuesto<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, 13 de abril de 2023.- El d\u00eda de ayer fue aprobado por unanimidad en el pleno de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados un dictamen de la Comisi\u00f3n de Presupesto y Cuenta P\u00fablica para incluir el t\u00e9rmino de \u201cIgualdad sustantiva\u201d en la Ley Federal de Presupuesto y Responsabilidad Hacendaria.<\/p>\n<p>El dictamen busca continuar armonizando y actualizando la legislaci\u00f3n mexicana, con el prop\u00f3sito de promover la igualdad de g\u00e9nero y reducir la brecha de desigualdades que a\u00fan existe entre hombres y mujeres en diferentes \u00e1mbitos de la sociedad.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto el Diputado Gonz\u00e1lez Robledo expres\u00f3: \u201cLa igualdad sustantiva es un concepto que va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la igualdad formal, que se limita a tratar a todas las personas como iguales ante la ley.
