{"id":41735,"date":"2023-04-11T20:42:50","date_gmt":"2023-04-12T02:42:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=41735"},"modified":"2023-04-11T20:42:50","modified_gmt":"2023-04-12T02:42:50","slug":"aumenta-suplantacion-de-identidad-en-instituciones-de-credito-condusef","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2023\/04\/11\/aumenta-suplantacion-de-identidad-en-instituciones-de-credito-condusef\/","title":{"rendered":"AUMENTA SUPLANTACI\u00d3N DE IDENTIDAD EN INSTITUCIONES DE CR\u00c9DITO: CONDUSEF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\"><em>*Piden A La Poblaci\u00f3n Analizar A Las Empresas Creditarias Antes De Comenzar El Tr\u00e1mite Y Otorgar Informaci\u00f3n Personal<\/em><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Debido a que durante febrero y marzo del presente a\u00f1o 32 empresas financieras sufrieron de suplantaci\u00f3n de identidad, la Condusef de la regi\u00f3n exhort\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n que busca acceder a empr\u00e9stitos o servicios, primeramente, corroborar s\u00ed est\u00e1n debidamente inscritas en el Sipres y no caer en un posible fraude.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sobre el tema, el delegado regional de la dependencia protectora de los usuarios financieros, Rogelio Mata Delgado, extern\u00f3 que la suplantaci\u00f3n de identidad se ha vuelto muy recurrente en los \u00faltimos meses, pues son ya muchas instituciones financieras que lo han denunciado ante la dependencia federal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que en el bimestre arriba mencionado fueron 32 instituciones financieras debidamente constituidas las que presentaron quejas por dicha anomal\u00eda, de pseudo empresas o personas f\u00edsicas que a todas luces buscaban enga\u00f1ar a quienes requieren de un cr\u00e9dito u otro servicio financiero.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que el modus operandis de esas falsas empresas creditarias es que se hacen pasar por las verdaderas instituciones financieras &#8220;utilizando indebidamente logotipos y denominaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de medios de comunicaci\u00f3n impresos o digitales&#8221;, remarc\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Apunt\u00f3 que algunas son Financiera S\u00famate; Invesur; Vamos a Mejorar; Soporte Impulsa; Dinero para Crecer; Inclusi\u00f3n Hipotecaria, entre otras m\u00e1s, que han sido suplantadas indebidamente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Que utilizan alguna letra de m\u00e1s o s\u00edmbolos, o logotipos para enga\u00f1ar por medio de folletos, solicitando a sus v\u00edctimas enviar informaci\u00f3n personal por WhatsApp o mensaje de texto, o mediante aplicaciones, poniendo en riesgo sus datos personales&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mata, remarc\u00f3 que otra de las anomal\u00edas detectadas es que &#8220;la entidad financiera&#8221; pide dep\u00f3sitos o anticipos a una cuenta bancaria con la finalidad de gestionar el supuesto cr\u00e9dito, que puede de alta denominaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La Condusef de la zona sur exhort\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n a verificar los datos de la empresa crediticia antes de comenzar el tr\u00e1mite, no proporcionar dinero, documentos personales, ni documentos firmados sin antes haberlos le\u00eddo, pues han surgido nuevas formas de defraudar c\u00f3mo los denominados &#8220;monta deudas&#8221;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
