{"id":417,"date":"2019-10-29T06:51:17","date_gmt":"2019-10-29T12:51:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=417"},"modified":"2019-10-29T06:51:17","modified_gmt":"2019-10-29T12:51:17","slug":"adios-seguro-popular","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2019\/10\/29\/adios-seguro-popular\/","title":{"rendered":"ADIOS SEGURO POPULAR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>*<strong><em>MAS DE MILL\u00d3N DOSCIENTOS MIL MIL TAMAULIPECOS QUEDAN SI ATENCI\u00d3N\u00a0 MEDICA.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La diputada federal por el Partido Revolucionario Institucional, Mariana Rodr\u00edguez Mier y Ter\u00e1n lament\u00f3 que quede sin efecto el servicio m\u00e9dico que se prestaba mediante el Seguro Popular, que afecta a m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n 200 mil familias en Tamaulipas y en el pa\u00eds a millones de mexicanos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La legisladora tamaulipeca afirm\u00f3 que el Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n aprob\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n del Instituto de la Salud para el Bienestar, que se supone absorber\u00e1 a estos grupos de poblaci\u00f3n vulnerable.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl Instituto que ustedes est\u00e1n planteando tiene un fin loable, pero no queda claro como lo van a hacer funcionar, \u00bfcon que recursos piensan que pueda subsistir y prestar servicio este instituto?, qu\u00e9 m\u00e1s quisi\u00e9ramos compa\u00f1eras y compa\u00f1eros diputados que el dinero creciera en los \u00e1rboles y se pudiera agarrar de ah\u00ed para solventar lo que proponen, pero esto es de corridas financieras y plan econ\u00f3mico\u201d,<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-419 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/HOSPITAL-300x187.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"748\" height=\"466\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En su intervenci\u00f3n en la m\u00e1xima tribuna del pa\u00eds Mariana Rodr\u00edguez Mier y Ter\u00e1n calific\u00f3 como lamentable que el fondo catastr\u00f3fico para la salud, que lo constituye m\u00e1s de 40 mil millones de pesos, sea usado para la creaci\u00f3n de este instituto que entrar\u00e1 en vigor un a\u00f1o despu\u00e9s de iniciarse, por lo que pregunt\u00f3 \u00bfy luego como va a subsistir?, calificando la iniciativa como una m\u00e1s de las buenas intenciones de la cuarta transformaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Frente a ese escenario dijo el plan es grave dado a que, en lo que funciona el Instituto de la Salud para el Bienestar, la medida se prestar\u00e1 a toda clase de presiones pol\u00edticas para los Estados, causando da\u00f1os a las finanzas de las entidades federativas y los municipios, al restarle participaciones econ\u00f3micas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste planteamiento soberbio va a dejar a los estados en manos de la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda, quienes de manera discrecional van a poder apoyar a los Estados que est\u00e9n a favor de la llamada Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n, mientras que los Estados que no se dobleguen, seguir\u00e1n castigados por las autoridades hacendarias\u201d, sentenci\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*MAS DE MILL\u00d3N DOSCIENTOS MIL MIL TAMAULIPECOS QUEDAN SI ATENCI\u00d3N\u00a0 MEDICA. &nbsp;
