La diputada federal Rosa Gonz\u00e1lez Azc\u00e1rraga, lament\u00f3 que sus hom\u00f3logos de Morena hayan votado a favor y por mayor\u00eda “con total desconocimiento de lo que aprobaron” la Ley General de Comunicaci\u00f3n Social, que est\u00e1 dentro de las leyes secundarias del Plan B y que perjudicar\u00e1 a los sectores productivos, en este caso a los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de la vida democr\u00e1tica de M\u00e9xico, en el tema del INE.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Luego de que se aprobara en comisiones y en el pleno de la c\u00e1mara baja la reforma al \u00faltimo p\u00e1rrafo del art\u00edculo 26 de la LGCS, la legisladora porte\u00f1a del PAN confirm\u00f3 que la bancada de Morena sigue proponiendo y votando iniciativas sin conocer la sustancia y el impacto que pueden causar en la poblaci\u00f3n, al avalar solo el 0.1% en el manejo de publicidad gubernamental para los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Dijo que con la derogaci\u00f3n del citado art\u00edculo, el porcentaje de compra y manejo publicidad, ingresos que se traducen en empleos en el gremio period\u00edstico, se mantiene de igual manera en el \u00e1mbito federal, m\u00e1s no en las entidades y municipios.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Qui\u00e9nes podr\u00edan tomar sus propias decisiones en el \u00e1mbito local, en la manera de c\u00f3mo gastar en el rubro de publicidad, que es un ingreso que tienen los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n para solventar su plantilla laboral”, reconoci\u00f3<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Extern\u00f3 que el Grupo Parlamentario del PAN en la c\u00e1mara baja nunca estuvo de acuerdo con dicha Ley, ni mucho menos con el denominado Plan B del Presidente de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Hoy nos damos cuenta que Morena y sus diputados votan sus iniciativas con los ojos vendados y luego se retractan” pues dej\u00f3 en claro que el PAN seguir\u00e1 insistiendo en qu\u00e9 el Plan B y sus leyes secundarias, tambi\u00e9n son nocivas para la vida democr\u00e1tica de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n

“La acci\u00f3n de inconstitucionalidad para que se derogue completamente el Plan B sigue en curso, a\u00fan y cuando ya se encuentre en la SCJN”, acot\u00f3<\/p>\n
