Con el dictamen aprobado recientemente por mayor\u00eda en el Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n (diputados de Morena) los datos biom\u00e9tricos de cada mexicano reci\u00e9n nacido, ahora estar\u00e1n en una base de datos que manejar\u00e1 la Secretar\u00eda de Gobernaci\u00f3n, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la diputada federal del PAN, Rosa Mar\u00eda Gonz\u00e1lez Azc\u00e1rraga.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Explic\u00f3 que esta reforma hecha a la ley y otros aspectos m\u00e1s, c\u00f3mo el cambio de g\u00e9nero en la expedici\u00f3n de actas de nacimiento, son temas que preocupan seriamente a muchos mexicanos, pues ahora en el apartado de mujer u hombre del documento solo ir\u00e1 inscrito la palabra persona.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Es el primer registro de identidad que se hace a un individuo y no debi\u00f3 de reformarse. Ya no ser\u00e1 ni\u00f1o o ni\u00f1a, o mujer u hombre. El acta de nacimiento dir\u00e1 la palabra persona, situaci\u00f3n que hecha por tierra las buenas costumbres que hab\u00eda en los mexicanos en este tema”, remarc\u00f3<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

La legisladora porte\u00f1a dej\u00f3 en claro ser respetuosa de las decisiones de cada persona en el rubro de cambio de g\u00e9nero, sin embargo esta opci\u00f3n, dijo, debe ser tomada cuando el individuo tenga la mayor\u00eda de edad.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Dijo que en el dictamen avalado por el partido pol\u00edtico mayoritario s\u00ed facilita la tramitolog\u00eda de \u00e9ste importante documento personal al momento de renovarlo, ya que ahora ir\u00e1 vinculado a la Curp, pero empeora otros rubros c\u00f3mo la informaci\u00f3n personal.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Ahora se podr\u00e1 obtener la acta de nacimiento en cualquier lugar donde se encuentre la persona, sin necesidad de ir al municipio o entidad donde se registr\u00f3. Pero ahora la secretar\u00eda de gobernaci\u00f3n va a concentrar toda esa informaci\u00f3n”, expuso<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Gonz\u00e1lez, explic\u00f3 que el hecho de que la Segob maneje la informaci\u00f3n personal de cada mexicano se prestar\u00e1 a suspicacias y dudas sobre el adecuado uso.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Podr\u00eda haber mal uso de nuestra informaci\u00f3n, ahora la Segob tendr\u00e1 acceso a tu huella digital, iris y otros datos personales, y cualquier persona que est\u00e9 en esa \u00e1rea del gobierno y tenga acceso a toda esa informaci\u00f3n, y no sabemos para que pueda ser usada”, acot\u00f3<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Finalmente, coment\u00f3 que estos cambios fueron rechazados por el Grupo Parlamentario de Acci\u00f3n Nacional en la c\u00e1mara baja, por invadir la privacidad del mexicano y contravenir las costumbres en gran parte de las familias mexicanas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
