S\u00ed pero con Pruebas Contundentes: Contralor\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>*La dependencia municipal no se basar\u00e1 en dichos o supuestos para sustentar las quejas contra servidores p\u00fablicos<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La contralor\u00eda municipal de Tampico pidi\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n en general tener pruebas contundentes de las anomal\u00edas que incurra un servidor p\u00fablico, al momento de presentar una queja ante la representaci\u00f3n, y de esta manera &#8220;armar y justificar&#8221; la posible denuncia.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo expres\u00f3 el encargado de esa dependencia, Fernando Alzaga Mandaria, al precisar que las denuncias de la poblaci\u00f3n no deben basarse &#8220;en dichos&#8221; o supuestos en contra de servidores p\u00fablicos, sino con un fundamento, es decir fotos, videos o aspectos que tengan peso para fundamentar la querella.<\/p>\n<p>El funcionario porte\u00f1o, enfatiz\u00f3 que para poder sancionar a un servidor p\u00fablico, la dependencia porte\u00f1a deber\u00e1 de tener en sus manos las pruebas fehacientes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Para nosotros poder armar y justificar la denuncia, con dichos no es suficiente, y cuando est\u00e9 bien acompa\u00f1ada con pruebas y testigos entonces se podr\u00e1 determinar si procede o no la denuncia&#8221;, acot\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>Alzaga, dej\u00f3 en claro que a\u00fan as\u00ed las querellas que tiene el \u00e1rea a su cargo, sin estos sustentos, no est\u00e1n desechadas y por el contrario siguen su curso de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;No s\u00e9 desechan, se quedan ah\u00ed y ni siquiera le damos t\u00e9rmino, se quedan abiertas hasta esperar que sean acompa\u00f1adas con las debidas pruebas&#8221;, apunt\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>Subray\u00f3 que mientras no se determine una sanci\u00f3n por el supuesto hecho, el funcionario p\u00fablico seguir\u00e1 trabajando.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sino hay el sustento, sino hay pruebas ni testigos, el encargado de esa \u00e1rea debe tomar cartas en el asunto y revisar un poco m\u00e1s&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Finalmente, record\u00f3 que las sanciones hacia el funcionario p\u00fablico que se le compruebe alguna anomal\u00eda, va desde una amonestaci\u00f3n verbal, privada y p\u00fablica;
