{"id":4052,"date":"2020-03-24T19:18:32","date_gmt":"2020-03-25T01:18:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=4052"},"modified":"2020-03-24T19:18:32","modified_gmt":"2020-03-25T01:18:32","slug":"nstruye-gobernador-que-servidores-publicos-trabajen-desde-casa-como-prevencion-ante-el-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2020\/03\/24\/nstruye-gobernador-que-servidores-publicos-trabajen-desde-casa-como-prevencion-ante-el-covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"NSTRUYE GOBERNADOR QUE SERVIDORES P\u00daBLICOS TRABAJEN DESDE CASA COMO PREVENCI\u00d3N ANTE EL COVID-19"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><em><strong>*Siempre Y Cuando, No Sea Indispensable Efectuar Sus Labores Desde Su Centro De Trabajo<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas.- El gobernador Francisco Garc\u00eda Cabeza de Vaca instruy\u00f3 a las y los titulares de las dependencias de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica Estatal, para que los servidores p\u00fablicos a su cargo, realicen sus labores encomendadas desde casa, siempre y cuando, no sea indispensable efectuarlas desde su centro de trabajo, a fin de prevenir posibles contagios de COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La medida fue dispuesta mediante Acuerdo Gubernamental que ser\u00e1 publicado esta tarde en el Peri\u00f3dico Oficial del Estado de Tamaulipas y entrar\u00e1 en vigor a partir de su publicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El Acuerdo establece que, para garantizar la suficiencia, oportunidad y continuidad en la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios que son indispensables para la poblaci\u00f3n, se har\u00e1 uso de las plataformas digitales y tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3630 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/tam-1-300x176.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"464\" height=\"272\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cTodas las dependencias y entidades de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica Estatal continuar\u00e1n laborando para garantizar la suficiencia, oportunidad y continuidad de servicios que tienen a su cargo y que son esenciales para la sociedad, as\u00ed como de bienes indispensables para la poblaci\u00f3n, en los t\u00e9rminos del presente acuerdo\u201d, versa el documento.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n realiza un exhorto a los Municipios del Estado de Tamaulipas, a que apliquen las medidas contempladas en el Acuerdo, de acuerdo a sus atribuciones y funciones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El documento retoma lo dispuesto recientemente por el gobernador Francisco Garc\u00eda Cabeza de Vaca, en relaci\u00f3n a expedir licencias laborales con goce de sueldo a las y los servidores p\u00fablicos mayores de 60 a\u00f1os de edad, embarazadas o en lactancia, madres con hijos menores de 12 a\u00f1os de edad, personas con discapacidad y diagnosticados con alguna enfermedad cr\u00f3nica no transmisible.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*Siempre Y Cuando, No Sea Indispensable Efectuar Sus Labores Desde Su Centro De Trabajo &nbsp;
