Muchos ciudadanos hablan del Plan B del INE y manifiestan sus pros y contras para la entrada o no en vigor de las leyes secundarias, sin embargo pocos conocen los cambios que habr\u00edan de llevarse a cabo, en caso de que el SCJN as\u00ed lo avale, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el representante del PT en el consejo distrital 8, Mart\u00edn Castellanos Castel\u00e1n.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Dijo que la reorganizaci\u00f3n que plantea el Presidente de M\u00e9xico Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador para el INE en el llamado Plan B, no es otra cosa que lograr un ahorro en su operaci\u00f3n y que el \u00f3rgano electoral tenga un cambio sustancial en futuros comicios.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Remarc\u00f3 que los partidos pol\u00edticos de la izquierda debieron insistir en ventilar en qu\u00e9 consiste y c\u00f3mo est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado el denominado Plan B y de esta manera hacerlo m\u00e1s digerible para la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

El representante del partido rojo en el consejo distrital remarc\u00f3 la necesidad de conocer la forma de como habr\u00e1n de quedar integrados los 300 consejos distritales, una vez que entren en vigor los cambios hechos y avalados en el poder legislativo.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Remarc\u00f3 que “Se habla de un plan B, pero no s\u00e9 dice o se expone en qu\u00e9 consiste”, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Castellanos, extern\u00f3 que en caso de que la SCJN decida desechar lo mandatado por el poder legislativo, se estar\u00eda cayendo en ese error de falta de informaci\u00f3n y su contenido.<\/p>\n

El representante del instituto pol\u00edtico en el INE Tampico, felicit\u00f3 a la vocal secretaria y de organizaci\u00f3n electoral, qui\u00e9nes en todo momento estuvieron al pendiente de la instalaci\u00f3n de las casillas de la elecci\u00f3n reciente-pasada, ya que hubo errores en la capacitaci\u00f3n de los presidentes de casilleros; entrega de actas a los representantes de casilla; y en la signa del acta del c\u00f3mputo y la coordinaci\u00f3n con los representantes generales.<\/p>\n
