{"id":39844,"date":"2023-02-09T18:46:20","date_gmt":"2023-02-10T00:46:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=39844"},"modified":"2023-02-09T18:46:20","modified_gmt":"2023-02-10T00:46:20","slug":"coepris-exhorta-a-comerciantes-respetar-ley-antitabaco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2023\/02\/09\/coepris-exhorta-a-comerciantes-respetar-ley-antitabaco\/","title":{"rendered":"COEPRIS EXHORTA A COMERCIANTES RESPETAR LEY ANTITABACO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ALTAMIRA, TAM.- Con el fin de cumplir el reglamento de la Ley General para el Control del Tabaco que entr\u00f3 en vigor el pasado 15 de enero en el pa\u00eds, la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Protecci\u00f3n contra Riesgos Sanitarios (COEPRIS), realiza un operativo permanente en establecimientos mercantiles ubicados en el municipio de Altamira, con el objetivo de verificar el cumplimiento de la norma nacional.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mario Alberto Rebolledo Urcadiz, titular de esta dependencia en la urbe industrial, se\u00f1alo que son m\u00e1s de 600 establecimientos existentes en la zona, a los cuales se les mantiene bajo estricta vigilancia para hacer cumplir la ley antitabaco, inform\u00e1ndoles las limitaciones en la oferta, venta, publicidad, y restricci\u00f3n de \u00e1reas de servicios o recreativas donde no es posible consumir dichos productos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que en esta primera etapa no se est\u00e1n aplicando sanciones de ning\u00fan tipo, pues en esta primera etapa se busca que los comerciantes y due\u00f1os de negocios tengan conocimiento de la nueva ley, se familiaricen y entiendan que restricciones existen, adem\u00e1s de que una vez que se les hacen las observaciones en el caso de negocios de reuni\u00f3n para convivencia, tendr\u00e1n que hacer las adecuaciones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, puntualizo que se va a regresar para constatar que los negocios hayan hecho las modificaciones solicitadas, y en caso de que hagan caso omiso al lineamiento federal, ser\u00e1 la autoridad sanitaria la encargada de imponer sanciones administrativas o multas de hasta 400 mil pesos, as\u00ed como la clausura del inmueble, de acuerdo a lo que corresponda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ALTAMIRA, TAM.- Con el fin de cumplir el reglamento de la Ley General para el Control del Tabaco que entr\u00f3&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":39845,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[5],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-39844","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-altamira"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
