{"id":39631,"date":"2023-01-31T19:52:13","date_gmt":"2023-02-01T01:52:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=39631"},"modified":"2023-01-31T19:52:55","modified_gmt":"2023-02-01T01:52:55","slug":"39631","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2023\/01\/31\/39631\/","title":{"rendered":"Dos Matrimonios Igualitarios Se Han Realizado En Altamira"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ALTAMIRA, TAM.- Tras la reforma que permiti\u00f3 a los homosexuales poder casarse en Tamaulipas, la Oficial\u00eda Primera del Registro Civil de Altamira, ha recibido varios acercamientos de interesados, concret\u00e1ndose durante el mes de enero dos matrimonios igualitarios, se\u00f1alo Blanca Silvia Borjas Loredo, titular de la dependencia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Refiri\u00f3 que a finales del a\u00f1o pasado se llevo a cabo el primer matrimonio igualitario en el municipio de Altamira, y son muchas las personas que llegan diariamente a su oficina para conocer los requisitos, a fin de poder casarse en pr\u00f3ximas fechas.<\/p>\n<p>Borjas Loredo, puntualizo que los tres matrimonios entre personas del mismo sexo, han sido de mujeres que se animaron a contraer nupcias, lo cual les da certeza jur\u00eddica, obedeciendo a la modificaci\u00f3n realizada el 26 de octubre del 2022, a lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 132 del C\u00f3digo Civil que establece que quienes contraigan matrimonio deben ser mayores de edad.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, dijo que todos los d\u00edas se presentan en promedio de dos a tres parejas para conocer los requisitos, resaltando que en \u00faltimas fechas son m\u00e1s las parejas hombres, quienes acuden a informarse, recalcando que deben presentar los mismos requisitos de cualquier matrimonio, siendo: acta de nacimiento en original y copia de los contrayentes, copia de credencial de elector, del Curp, comprobante de domicilio, los an\u00e1lisis prenupciales, la constancia expedida por el m\u00e9dico, as\u00ed como las constancias de pl\u00e1ticas prematrimoniales expedidas por el Instituto de la Mujer de Tamaulipas y cuatro testigos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ALTAMIRA, TAM.- Tras la reforma que permiti\u00f3 a los homosexuales poder casarse en Tamaulipas, la Oficial\u00eda Primera del Registro Civil&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":39632,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[5],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-39631","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-altamira"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
