{"id":39559,"date":"2023-01-27T18:32:38","date_gmt":"2023-01-28T00:32:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=39559"},"modified":"2023-01-27T18:32:38","modified_gmt":"2023-01-28T00:32:38","slug":"busca-oseguera-terminar-plaza-principal-con-apoyo-de-ava","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2023\/01\/27\/busca-oseguera-terminar-plaza-principal-con-apoyo-de-ava\/","title":{"rendered":"BUSCA OSEGUERA TERMINAR PLAZA PRINCIPAL CON APOYO DE AVA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*La Infraestructura Subterr\u00e1nea Que Data De Muchos A\u00f1os, Debe Ser Terminada Para Beneficio De Los Maderenses<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El alcalde de Ciudad Madero, Adri\u00e1n Oseguera Kernion, solicit\u00f3 al gobernador Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya su intervenci\u00f3n para lograr que de una vez por todas la plaza principal de ese municipio tenga una funcionalidad total, luego de estar jur\u00eddicamente &#8220;emproblemada&#8221; el municipio logr\u00f3 su rescate, d\u00e1ndole adem\u00e1s una mejor im\u00e1gen para sus pobladores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que la plaza Isauro Alfaro Otero fue dada en concesi\u00f3n a un particular para que brindara una moderna operatividad, sin embargo la obra qued\u00f3 como &#8220;elefante blanco&#8221; por mucho tiempo, al grado que la administraci\u00f3n actual ha ido rescatando el sitio y d\u00e1ndole una imagen positiva en su parte superficial.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Record\u00f3 que el proyecto privado contemplaba una plaza p\u00fablica en la parte superior, y una obra subterr\u00e1nea, d\u00f3nde se habr\u00eda de instalar un cine, \u00e1reas o tramos comerciales y un estacionamiento<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Se rescat\u00f3 la plaza para los maderenses y se hizo un Kiosco y se remodel\u00f3 la segunda etapa. Sin embargo hay un subterr\u00e1neo con casi 300 cajones para estacionamiento, un cine y un lugar donde podr\u00eda haber oficinas de gobierno, que falta ponerlos en operaci\u00f3n&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Oseguera, dijo que desafortunadamente el municipio no cuenta con un Cine, desde hace ya muchos a\u00f1os, por lo que el apoyo del gobierno del estado, en ese rengl\u00f3n, ser\u00eda de gran importancia para Ciudad Madero.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Puntualiz\u00f3 que el pasado 24 de Mayo venci\u00f3 la concesi\u00f3n que ten\u00eda el municipio con el empresario, pues arrastraba una deuda de 124 millones de pesos junto con una instituci\u00f3n bancaria.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El presidente municipal de esa ciudad extern\u00f3 que esta clase de obras y otras m\u00e1s rebasan el presupuesto que tiene el municipio para darles soluci\u00f3n, por lo que es vital el apoyo del gobierno de Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*La Infraestructura Subterr\u00e1nea Que Data De Muchos A\u00f1os, Debe Ser Terminada Para Beneficio De Los Maderenses &nbsp;
