Madero, Tamaulipas.- A\u00fan no existe denuncia formal en contra de elementos de tr\u00e1nsito y vialidad que presuntamente agredieron a un automovilista en d\u00edas pasados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El alcalde Adri\u00e1n Oseguera Kernion, dijo que es necesario que\u00a0 la persona afectada interponga la queja, para llevar a cabo la investigaci\u00f3n con las pruebas pertinentes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que a pesar de no existir la queja formal, se estar\u00e1\u00a0 investigando, por lo que son cuatro elementos los que est\u00e1n siendo se\u00f1alados, los cuales siguen laborando hasta no comprobarseles algo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Asegur\u00f3 que no defiende a nadie, ya que el municipio tiene videos donde conductores han agredido a los elementos durante los operativos antialcohol.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;En este caso vamos a esperar a ver qu\u00e9 dice la investigaci\u00f3n y por ello es importante la denuncia, en este momento no hay denuncia y es importante realizarla; hay evidencias del municipio donde los agentes han sido agredidos&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Expuso que las c\u00e1maras que portaran los elementos a\u00fan no est\u00e1n funcionando, debido a una situaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica que est\u00e1n resolviendo, misma que podr\u00eda quedar solucionada la siguiente semana.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el contralor Fernando Rodr\u00edguez Ruiz, reiter\u00f3 que no existe denuncia formal sobre el caso de la presunta agresi\u00f3n contra un ciudadano por parte de elementos viales, por lo que esperan a que el afectado presente la queja correspondiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cd.
