{"id":39508,"date":"2023-01-25T22:42:42","date_gmt":"2023-01-26T04:42:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=39508"},"modified":"2023-01-25T22:42:42","modified_gmt":"2023-01-26T04:42:42","slug":"sistema-de-salud-en-mexico-sigue-fragmentado-fue-un-negocio-en-anteriores-sexenios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2023\/01\/25\/sistema-de-salud-en-mexico-sigue-fragmentado-fue-un-negocio-en-anteriores-sexenios\/","title":{"rendered":"SISTEMA DE SALUD EN M\u00c9XICO SIGUE FRAGMENTADO; FUE UN NEGOCIO EN ANTERIORES SEXENIOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times;\">*El Encargado Del ISSSTE Se\u00f1ala Que El Sexenio De La 4T Piensa En La Prevenci\u00f3n Y Promoci\u00f3n A La Salud<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El gobierno federal busca migrar a un sistema \u00fanico de salud donde la promoci\u00f3n y prevenci\u00f3n a la salud sea parte esencial, y evitar que la hipertensi\u00f3n, diabetes e insuficiencia renal sigan cobrando vidas en M\u00e9xico, pues los sexenios pasados vieron como un &#8220;negocio&#8221; la salud de los mexicanos, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el director general del ISSSTE, Pedro Zenteno Santaella.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En su visita a Tampico, donde supervis\u00f3 la obra del nuevo Hospital del ISSSTE que estar\u00e1 operando para el primer trimestre del 2024, el funcionario de la 4T acept\u00f3 que el modelo de salud que heredaron del sexenio de Pe\u00f1a Nieto no ha podido ser erradicado del todo, aunque dijo, ha habido avances importantes en la migraci\u00f3n al modelo de bienestar que busca dejar implantado L\u00f3pez Obrador.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Apunt\u00f3 que la segmentaci\u00f3n del sistema de salud que a\u00fan se tiene fue pensado en &#8220;un negocio, en curar pues sino hay enfermos no hay negocio&#8221; lejos de ponderar la prevenci\u00f3n &#8220;pues en los sexenios pasados no hab\u00eda pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas orientadas a ello&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Remarc\u00f3 que desafortunadamente ese modelo arcaico y disfuncional gener\u00f3 por muchos a\u00f1os discrecionalidad en el manejo de la salud y &#8220;fue caldo de cultivo para alentar conductas inadecuadas en ese sistema de salud&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Zenteno, puntualiz\u00f3 que en cuatro a\u00f1os el modelo \u00fanico de bienestar est\u00e1 dando resultados importantes en 22 entidades d\u00f3nde ya se sign\u00f3, con un franco respeto al ISSSTE e IMSS como instituciones que a lo largo de muchos a\u00f1os han dado salud a los mexicanos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Enfatiz\u00f3 que si el gobierno federal cuatrote\u00edsta logra abatir las enfermedades cr\u00f3nico degenerativas y controlar padecimientos que merman considerablemente la vida de la poblaci\u00f3n como la hipertensi\u00f3n, diabetes y los padecimientos renales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Si logramos controlar esas enfermedades, el gobierno federal gastar\u00e1 menos en salud y enfocaremos m\u00e1s en la promoci\u00f3n y prevenci\u00f3n&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El director general del ISSSTE revel\u00f3 que la derechohabiencia era de 500 mil, cuando la instituci\u00f3n se cre\u00f3, hoy se atienden a 13 millones de mexicanos, y por tal motivo la infraestructura debe ir a la par del crecimiento de la poblaci\u00f3n que se atiende.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En Tampico habr\u00e1 de sustituirse el viejo y vetusto Hospital que atiende a casi 700 mil personas, entre derechohabientes y qui\u00e9nes llegan de la huasteca para atender su salud.
