{"id":39361,"date":"2023-01-19T19:41:53","date_gmt":"2023-01-20T01:41:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=39361"},"modified":"2023-01-19T19:41:53","modified_gmt":"2023-01-20T01:41:53","slug":"en-manos-de-la-justicia-presunto-caso-de-abuso-en-primaria-de-altamira","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2023\/01\/19\/en-manos-de-la-justicia-presunto-caso-de-abuso-en-primaria-de-altamira\/","title":{"rendered":"EN MANOS DE LA JUSTICIA PRESUNTO CASO DE ABUSO EN PRIMARIA DE ALTAMIRA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ALTAMIRA, TAM.- En manos de la justicia se encuentra investigaci\u00f3n del presunto caso de abuso sexual contra una menor por parte de su propio compa\u00f1ero de clases, en el segundo grado de primaria de la escuela primaria Prisciliano Peraza Chagoya del fraccionamiento los Mangos, as\u00ed lo informo el encargado del Centro Regional de Desarrollo Educativo en Altamira, Tadeo Reyes de Alba.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dijo que se est\u00e1 llevando un proceso de investigaci\u00f3n sobre el caso, en el que la procuradur\u00eda de la defensa de ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes del sistema DIF municipal est\u00e1 colaborando pero tambi\u00e9n ha sido turnado ante la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia de Tamaulipas para que se realice un dictamen y se proceda conforme a lo que establece la ley.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Puntualizando que la menor afectada continua recibiendo educaci\u00f3n de manera normal en la escuela donde se suscito el incidente pero est\u00e1 recibiendo atenci\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica para enfrentar el trauma que le ocasiono la situaci\u00f3n que vivi\u00f3 en los ba\u00f1os de la instituci\u00f3n, recalcando adem\u00e1s que el menor responsable fue suspendido por tres d\u00edas, en tanto se continua con la investigaci\u00f3n y podr\u00eda d\u00e1rsele de baja de manera definitiva.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Es preciso se\u00f1alar que la madre del ni\u00f1o refiri\u00f3 en su declaraci\u00f3n que su hijo enfrenta una crisis de ansiedad, por lo que ante cuestiones econ\u00f3micas no pudo comprar los medicamentos y es probable que haya desencadenado en una alteraci\u00f3n de conducta, por lo que la maestra del grupo deber\u00e1 entregar la bit\u00e1cora del diario para que la autoridad competente determine la asistencia m\u00e9dica y sanci\u00f3n en caso de que as\u00ed proceda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ALTAMIRA, TAM.- En manos de la justicia se encuentra investigaci\u00f3n del presunto caso de abuso sexual contra una menor por&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":39362,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[5],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-39361","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-altamira"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
