El objetivo del presente trienio municipal porte\u00f1o es mantener sin incidentes el mercado Francisco I Madero, luego de que ya est\u00e1 en condiciones deplorables por el paso del tiempo, y buscar incluir un proyecto en el plan estatal de desarrollo para que el gobierno del estado contemple un inmueble nuevo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el edil de la comisi\u00f3n, Alberto S\u00e1nchez Neri.<\/p>\n

El concejal de Morena, mencion\u00f3 que la comisi\u00f3n de mercados pretende que el municipio autorice poco m\u00e1s de 100 mil pesos para ser utilizados en rehabilitar puntos espec\u00edficos en ese mercado, que desde hace a\u00f1os representa un peligro inminente para locatarios y ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Manifest\u00f3 que mientras las condiciones climatol\u00f3gicas en Tampico no sean adversas (sobre todo lluvia) el viejo inmueble seguir\u00e1 operando, sin embargo es ya urgente que se tenga una intenci\u00f3n firme de las autoridades para tener un centro de abastos digno.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Explic\u00f3 qu\u00e9 el gobierno porte\u00f1o no cuenta con los recursos necesarios para solventar una obra de esta naturaleza, aunque s\u00ed es viable que sea presentado un proyecto ejecutivo al gobernador Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya.<\/p>\n

“Y se vaya pensando en lograr est\u00e1 obra. Vamos a solicitar que sea incluida en el plan estatal de desarrollo o la Secretar\u00eda de Obras P\u00fablicas del Estado”, dijo<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

S\u00e1nchez, dej\u00f3 en claro que mientras se autoriza el proyecto para lograr un inmueble nuevo, el municipio tendr\u00e1 que seguir subsanando algunos puntos claves en el viejo inmueble y con ello evitar que pueda haber un posible accidente.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Dijo que la comisi\u00f3n tiene detectados algunos pasillos, fugas y detalles considerados c\u00f3mo urgentes para su rehabilitaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s el edil porte\u00f1o enfatiz\u00f3 que se contempla obtener un peritaje formal para que especialistas actualicen las condiciones que privan en el mercado viejo pero que es hist\u00f3rico pues data de m\u00e1s de 90 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

Finalmente, exhort\u00f3 a locatarios de ese centro de abastos a unirse y buscar un beneficio generalizado e impulsar todo aquello que sea en apoyo a la mejora del inmueble y de la poblaci\u00f3n que todos los d\u00edas acude a realizar sus compras.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
