Altamira, Tamaulipas.- Denominada \u201cMiradas del Coraz\u00f3n\u201d, la campa\u00f1a de salud visual promovida por el Sistema para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia en Altamira concluy\u00f3 con gran \u00e9xito, pues desde el pasado 6 de enero y hasta el d\u00eda 8 fueron intervenidos 23 ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes para subsanar la condici\u00f3n de estrabismo en sus ojos.<\/p>\n

Lo anterior fue expuesto por la presidenta del organismo, C.P. Rossy Luque de Mart\u00ednez durante la conferencia ma\u00f1anera n\u00famero 67 que implementa semana tras semana el Gobierno Municipal. En esta oportunidad la presidenta refiri\u00f3 que dichas operaciones fueron completamente gratuitas, pues los gastos corrieron a cargo del ayuntamiento luego de haber realizado estudios socioecon\u00f3micos y de salud a los beneficiarios.<\/p>\n

\u201cEstamos muy contentos con este gran programa de salud, en donde se llevaron a cabo cirug\u00edas de cataratas a un precio muy por debajo de su costo real en el mercado, estamos hablando que se implement\u00f3 un descuento muy amplio a quienes resultaron candidatos a cirug\u00eda, en el caso de los menores el ayuntamiento absorbi\u00f3 el costo de la misma\u201d, acot\u00f3 de igual manera.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Por su parte, el Dr. Arturo Enr\u00edquez Huerta, director general de la Cl\u00ednica de Ojos \u201cMonterrey\u201d, empresa con la que el Sistema DIF hizo sinergia en esta campa\u00f1a, inform\u00f3 que se consultaron al inicio alrededor de 800 personas para seleccionar a los perfiles adecuados para cirug\u00eda, luego de ello les fueron implementados estudios cl\u00ednicos de base y posteriormente la intervenci\u00f3n, seguido de un acompa\u00f1amiento de rutina.<\/p>\n

Detall\u00f3 que el d\u00eda viernes 06 de enero fueron intervenidos 10 pacientes, mientras que el domingo 9 de enero fueron operados otros 13, cambiando positivamente sus vidas y la de sus familias.<\/p>\n

Concluy\u00f3 Luque de Mart\u00ednez indicando que este destacado programa de salud fue pensado especialmente para ni\u00f1os y adultos mayores, dos de los ejes principales que se atienden en el organismo, siendo el primero de ellos el m\u00e1s sensible en estos padecimientos pues con la condici\u00f3n del estrabismo se limitan las habilidades sociales de los menores en las escuelas, pues llegan a sufrir de estigma.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
