es Esencial la Denuncia de la Poblaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">*<em>adem\u00e1s la coordinaci\u00f3n es pieza clave en los tres estratos de gobierno para seguir avanzando.<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El avance en materia de seguridad en la zona sur es notorio, esto en gran medida al respeto a las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que le heredaron al actual sexenio y la implementaci\u00f3n de otras m\u00e1s que hasta el momento arrojan resultados satisfactorios, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el director del observatorio ciudadano, Jorge Charles Coll.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Detall\u00f3 que el tema de seguridad en la entidad, al igual que en otras partes del pa\u00eds, es complejo sin embargo la mesa ciudadana de seguridad de la regi\u00f3n seguir\u00e1 contribuyendo con los tres niveles de gobierno en el af\u00e1n de seguir preservando la paz social.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Remarc\u00f3 que la pieza fundamental que ha llevado al \u00e9xito a la mesa ciudadana local, es la extensa coordinaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Qu\u00e9 nos ha permitido preservar el tercer sitio a nivel nacional en mejor percepci\u00f3n de seguridad, adem\u00e1s de las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que mantiene el actual sexenio, y la coordinaci\u00f3n que hay con el resto de las mesas ciudadanas de la entidad y la huasteca&#8221;, explic\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>El director del observatorio ciudadano, en la regi\u00f3n, puntualiz\u00f3 que para atender y dar soluci\u00f3n a cualquier hecho delictivo es importante que sea denunciado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Porqu\u00e9 sino se hace, es algo equivalente al perd\u00f3n, sino se formaliza el agravio no hay delito que perseguir&#8221;, acot\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Charles, dej\u00f3 ver una de las principales deficiencias del aparato de justicia es la tard\u00eda procuraci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n del delito, y para ello las mesas ciudadanas siempre est\u00e1n exhortando &#8220;a qu\u00e9 se investigue el delito hasta sus \u00faltimas consecuencias, o hasta que se resuelva, pero para ello debe de existir una denuncia&#8221;, recalc\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ah\u00ed nos est\u00e1 faltando mucho, es una deficiencia en el aparato de justicia que nosotros debemos empujar para que se vaya resolviendo&#8221;, abund\u00f3<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*adem\u00e1s la coordinaci\u00f3n es pieza clave en los tres estratos de gobierno para seguir avanzando. &nbsp;
