La delegaci\u00f3n de Itavu Tampico comenz\u00f3 a trabajar con el rezago en el rubro de escrituraci\u00f3n de 54 colonias, de las cu\u00e1les 14 ya fueron dadas de alta en el plano del registro p\u00fablico de la propiedad.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Al respecto, el titular de la dependencia estatal, Jos\u00e9 Antonio Mar\u00edn Flores, extern\u00f3 que a d\u00edas de haber tomado formalmente la oficina de Tampico, se avoco a ir resolviendo el rezago que hay en la legalizaci\u00f3n de la tenencia de la Tierra.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Apunt\u00f3 que colonias como la Luis Donaldo Colosio, algunos sectores de ls Borreguera, Vicente Guerrero (Mosc\u00fa) a\u00fan no se han escriturado en su totalidad, haciendo un promedio de poco m\u00e1s de 100 escrituras pendientes por entregar.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

El delegado local de Itavu, expres\u00f3 que desde ahora ya dise\u00f1a un programa de entrega de este documento para enero y febrero pr\u00f3ximos.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Para enero pretendemos entregar 30 escrituras, y para Febrero otras mas, de un promedio de 100 que hay pendientes”, acot\u00f3<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Mar\u00edn, dej\u00f3 en claro hay 54 colonias que est\u00e1n inmersas en el tema de la escrituraci\u00f3n de algunos de sus predios.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“De las cu\u00e1les 14 est\u00e1n ya dentro del plano del registro p\u00fablico de la propiedad. El fin es ir resolviendo este rezago que hay en Tampico”, acot\u00f3<\/p>\n

Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que despu\u00e9s de la conclusi\u00f3n de la veda electoral, que iniciar\u00e1 en unos d\u00edas m\u00e1s por la elecci\u00f3n at\u00edpica, habr\u00e1n de retomar programas de apoyo de material, cr\u00e9ditos para el mejoramiento de vivienda y venta de predios a buen precio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
