{"id":38341,"date":"2022-12-13T22:51:36","date_gmt":"2022-12-14T04:51:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/?p=38341"},"modified":"2022-12-13T22:51:36","modified_gmt":"2022-12-14T04:51:36","slug":"designan-nuevo-gerente-de-comapa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elinformativotam.com\/index.php\/2022\/12\/13\/designan-nuevo-gerente-de-comapa\/","title":{"rendered":"DESIGNAN NUEVO GERENTE DE COMAPA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Por instrucciones del gobernador Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya fue designado como gerente general de la COMAPA zona conurbada, a Francisco Jos\u00e9 Gonz\u00e1lez Casanova, quien sustituye a Gabriel Guerra Turbiantes, correspondi\u00f3 al director de la comisi\u00f3n estatal de agua en Tamaulipas Ra\u00fal Quiroga hacer entrega del nombramiento.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Esta acci\u00f3n fue derivada luego de la sesi\u00f3n ordinaria del congreso de Tamaulipas, donde por mayor\u00eda de votos, se aprob\u00f3 reformar la ley de aguas y regresar a la facultad de la designaci\u00f3n y remoci\u00f3n al titular del ejecutivo estatal, de los generantes generales de los organismos operadores de agua.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dicha decisi\u00f3n se tom\u00f3 al considerar que es un cargo de una direcci\u00f3n de primer nivel de una dependencia administrativo, cuyas funciones est\u00e1n correlacionadas con la prestaci\u00f3n de un servicio, que depende de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica estatal.
